On wed 10/10/18 I was at work as a DSny (New York City Dept of sanation )auto mechanic paked on the side walk on DSny property with Dsny banner displayed on my windshield when agent malook..from command t-402 ... device am7072 tax number 367907 issued me a ticket for parking in side walk I mean I was on DSny property. U had to see the display on the windshield when u scanned the registration imagine my surprise when I came out after a long dys work to see a ticket bony wind shield ..
