I read a ad posted in my local paper abOut the company Talecris, they offer $50.00 for blood donations.
I went to their web site and throughly read the requirements and how long it would take. The site states 21/2 hours for donations.
I also seemed able to donate according to all the guidelines listed on their site.
I ended up sitting 12 hours in this clinic, and then told I could not donate due to a prescription medication that I took.
I asked why they did not clearly tell the truth regarding how long it takes and who can or cant donate.
She replied people would not donate and lie about their health other wise. So Talecris basicaly feels its ok to lie to the potential donor and waste their time to get a possible donation.
The clinic was filthy and the staff treated the patients like absolute trash.
They have no respect for you or your time.
Do not waste your time going in to this place.
I was so disgusted with the garbage strewn every where, the way the Manager spoke to me and the lack of regard they had for me and my time or well being.
Its a shame places like this behave the way they do. I now understand why Medical Facilities need donations badly. When people experience this kind of unsanitary and dispicble treatment, who would ever consider donating again?
I know I will never donate again after this experience.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I went in to Telecris yesterday at 11:40 am. A person asked if I was a new donor I replied yes, she asked to see ID, Social security card, and proof of address. I did not have my social security card as I don't normally carry it. I did however have my military Id state ID as well as a power bill for proof of address. She said my Military ID would work since it has a picture and my SSN on it. Well I signed in and sat down in the waiting area.
At 2:15 I was finally called up to the desk. The girl asked for My ID SS card and proof of address. I gave the info as requested. She decided my Military ID was not good enough. Well she called up the Assistant manager. He said not good enough. They were nice about it. I asked if I come back in the morning will I have to wait another 2 + hours I was told no just let them know what happened and show the documents.
Well I returned this morning the next day and the people at the counter where nasty how can any one be in a bad mood at 8 in the morning I don't know but I showed my info and she first of all started complaining that the electric bill I had with me did not have the envelope to prove a postmark btu said well it will be ok but you will need the part with the billing cycle on it before my next visit. I have no idea when they will mail me another bill. but it had all the info needed.
Well she told me in a pissy manned go ahead and sign in, I asked well I was in yesterday and waited 2 hours and the assistant manager told me I would not have to wait today. She got angry at me and told me there are 6 people in front of you have a seat and it will take a few hours to get to me.
She didn't care a bit. I was treated like some crackhead looking to get $20 for my fix. I am ex us army I have donated blood for years to the red cross. I have never been treated like this before when giving blood.
I even told them it's not about the money it was the fact that this donation center was new and is across the street from my house. I will drive to red cross from now on or not donate at all. These places pray on the poor for plasma. People should not be treated like cattle. I hope they do piss off a crackhead and he burns the place down.
I couldnt agree more I went to the plasma center in Roanoke Virginia have donated there for years only cause I desperately needed the money the manager and staff at the plasma center always treat me a white person like garbage the black and mexicans gets to donate at an accelerated pace and some have come in intoxicated and doped up can you explain how that is so good for people! Further more there isnt a single solitary one of them that is any good at sticking people I have from last donation had a bruise from my wrist to my bicep and do you know what they blame for that not the idiot who sticks me in the arm and no matter what I keep asking for him to check it no Its my fault I dont eat healthy enough or drink enough water, well damn I drink 12 glasses of water a day how much more do I need? this place is trashy garbage everywhere and further their medical staff is a joke using a paramedic as a doctor? no thanks I will start donating at the red cross and never return to that hole in the wall
I too was treated like trash...I have a college degree and I speak English and I do not take drugs nor am I an alcoholic...twice I went in with proper documentation and both times I was given some nonsense that I cannot donate due to not the proper forms? WTF?They are cheaters, scammers and liars and I told them that I would never return! Also, the day that I first went in to complete paperwork, the ### in the waiting area were heckling me due to the fact I brought along a book to read? I am not sure where there donations are used, but all of the donors looked and acted like crackheads and drunks! I hope that I never receive a donation from this place! I think that the FDA and the Fed. Govt should shut this place down now!
I went to the telacris in Fayetteville NC, on Grove Street. The women at the front are rude, and crass. I cannot give in my letf are, because they pierced my muscle. That was Aug.15, 2011 To this date, I have to wear an ace bandage to secure my left upper arm. I have complained to the supervisor, Vince and Lamont. They told me that I could have pulled the muscle. I told them the vien areound the area stayed hard for a while, but the muscle was strill sore. The oral complaint was Aug. 24 on my regular days. Vince said I was replacable and crackheads and heroine addict outweigh normal givers 2 to 1 in any day. Lamont stood there and laughed. The ladies who puts the needles in the arms rarely change gloves. Brandy, Betty, Saylor, Davida, and Keisha are the most rudest one in the Telacric Center. It should be shut down..
Location-Lake Charles La.
Normally I would right a review of something with as much of an unbiased mind as possible and actually this time is no different although it may seem to be. The ladies who work the front desk seem to be genuine sadists. Now I understand the business of paying random pedatrians money for the plasma in their blood carries with it some unavoidable and unique aspects that's have to be takin into consideration here. I'm sure that in order to work at such a place one would need to adopt a certain attitude of professionalism, probably more blunt, stern, and strict than others. Also I'd imagine that every now and then certain "non Talecris employees" may be unjustly treated with a more harsh demeanor than nesecarry. Its only fare that people should keep these things in mind anytime we are doing business anywhere. That being said, WTF! These women are down right hateful. Some one from the corporate office needs to investigate the empolyees who work the front desk at this location. Send in a young, average looking person with a modest demeanor and observe the treatment they recieve. These women genuinely enjoy giving people as much of a hard time as they possibly can, and they make it as obvious as possible in a very condescending and spiteful way. Their jobs require them to be stern and to the point because the majority of the donors who frequent there are desperate, irrational, and irate people. However, the women who work there are not simply doing there job as I'm sure they like to tell themselves. There actions and intentions are much more deliberate. It's seems that making sure people have a hard time has become a way of keeping the irate and irrational people from feeling singled out. I don't know if there is a civil law or business law preventing this kind of discrimination but the video camera on my phone holds some evidence that will knock the judges socks of and have my lawyer drooling when I go see him next week. I hope Talecris is ready for this, cuz I'm not really worried about money as much as I am getting this issue adressed so that this stuff dosnt happen anymore. Thank you, God Bless America. aronbeth@rocketmail.com
I WAS A DONOR AT THE ROANOKE TELECRIS BACK IN 2007, IT WAS VERY OBVIOUS THAT THE EMPLOYEES DID NOT HAVE THE FULL RESPECT WHEN IT CAME TO THE CUSTOMERS WHO DONATED THEIR PLASMA. WHEN IT CAME TIME TO PAY THE CUSTOMERS THEY SEEMED TO TAKE THEIR GOOD TIME IN PAYING THE DONORS FOR THEIR MONEY FOR THEIR DONATION OF PLASMA, THEY WOULD EVEN BE TALING AMONGST THEMSELVES AND THERE WOULD BE A LINE OF DONOR WAITING AND I ASK THE QUESTION WHY IT WAS TAKEN SO LONG TO PAY UP AFTER SEEING ABOUT 5 WOMEN AND 1 MAN JUST STANDING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR WHERE THE DONAR IS PAID AND THEY WERE JUST TALKING AS THOUGH NO ONE WAS WAITING. WHEN I GOT TIRE OF SEEING THIS I SAID ASK WHY THEY WERE JUST TALKING AND THEY STOPPED AND BEGAN TO DISTRIBUTE THE MONEY AS THEY SHOULD HAVE ANYWAY. WELL, I DID NOT KNOW THEY HAD PUT MY NAME OF A LIST TO NOT BE ABLE TO COME BACK THERE AND ONE MORNING EARLY I WAS THE FIRST THERE AT THE ROANOKE OFFICE AND ONCE THEY OPEN I SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIRST AND I NOTICE THAT PEOPLE WERE BEING CALLED BEFORE I WAS AND AFTER SEEING ABOUT 4 PEOPLE GOING IN FRONT OF ME I ASK WHAT WAS GOING ON, I KNOW I MUST HAVE SIT THERE FOR ABOUT AN HOUR OR CLOSE TO IT AND THAT IS WHEN I FOUND OUT I WAS ON SOME KIND OF LIST TO BAR ME FROM EVER GOING BACK THERE. I NEVER MADE A SCENE ON THE DAY THOSE GUYS WERE JUST TALKING I JUST LET THEM KNOW IT WAS NOT FAIR TO HAVE US WAITING. I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN AFRAID TO SAY ANYTHING AND I WOULD NOT HAVE SAID ANYTHING IF THEY WERE DOING THEIR JOB AND NOT HAVING THE DONOR WAITING. I DID NOT GO BACK THEIR UNTIL 2012 BACK IN ABOUT FEBRUARY OF THIS YEAR (2012) AND I SENT AN EMAIL TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPANY WHO JUST WANT YOUR PLASMA AND DO NOT HAVE THE RESPECT OF THEIR DONOR AS THEY SHOULD. I WENT THERE BUT I NEVER WANT TO GO BACK AND I TELL THE STORY OF WHAT MY EXPERIENCE WAS. I JUST WISH THEY HAD MORE COMPOSTITION WITH ANOTHER PLASMA CENTER THAT WOULD BRING THEM DOWN OFF THEIR SO CALL HIGH HORSES. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE DONOR JUST THEIR PLASMA AND JUST THINK THEY PAY SO LITTLE AND FOR YOUR PLASMA THEY GET SO MUCH.

Currently sitting outside of one, my appointment was at 150, it is now 420, I let them kmow many times I have a two year old son being babysat and this is costing me 5 dollars every hour I am here I was told to leave, after twenty minutes of pleading with a man I asked to speak to someone else, he told me there is no one else, so I walked out and flipped him off obviously, they then kicked out my fiance and permanently deffered us, I have never been treated like this in my life, im in college and speak clearly and politely, shocked at the way the place is kept and the way the staff can speak to their donors, I am stuck in akron now with no money for gas to get back to my son because my donation did not happen, im no crack head, I have always donated blood and only am doing this because it was supposed to be a great way to not only get a few bucks for gas but to help someone else. This place DOES NOT CARE ABOUT DONORS OR THE PEOPLE RECEIVING OUR DONATIONS. Most ghetto experience ever.
We have this same company in Roanoke Va I think and the staff are unfriendly and unprofessional and it's more than a couple of them who behave like this. I feel that part of the reason is there's no other center here. We need another center run by a different company here in our town because if people had somewhere else to go and this company lost money than folks higher up in the company would deal with centers that don't do what they should.Below is the company are these the same people? Clients beware is all I got to say.
Talecris Plasma
502 5th SW St, Roanoke, VA 24016
I am a former employee for Talecris Plasma Resources in Fayetteville, NC. I am really writing to report the mistreatment of employees just in the event that anyone was interested in applying or even recently got hired there. Those that have been recently hired eventually you will see the unprofessional good old boy system that is in existence. Leopards don't change their spots. Sadly, the management staff is a display of what not to do in management. It is more of a elementary school atmosphere than a medical facility that creates products of a life saving manner. The management staff, more often than not, would seem to take what they do as a joke. This particular facility is ran by a bunch of women and sadly you would think that-that would make a difference in how things are ran (i.e. in an adult like and mature manner) but it is ran like you are working in a elementary school with the managers being the children figures.
For example, if they have it in for you because they feel threatened by you (just keep in mind it is a good old boy system, where all of them were put into high positions not because they are educated but because one person knew them from a previous plasma center, and decided they would build an uneducated plasma management empire). No matter what people say education is very important in how you run and maintain a facility. These people have the worst work ethics and attitudes I have ever seen and observed in my many years of working. I have worked for a few companies with hundreds of workers, I just don't understand why this building has a little over 40 people and there is more kayos, low moral, and confusion within it. The treatment of the employees is horrible and have to be a violation of some labor laws. They have you working hours on end and only having one break which is lunch, as well as having scheduled times on the schedule to get off, but you never get off at that time. They do not provide proper schedules with management that know how to do schedules. The center manager is not for her people and you can obviously tell that in the manner that she deals with individuals (which she doesn't have hands on with her people). Her recently promoted operations manager, her assistant manager are also going to be and are the two worse individuals. Instead of being ran professionally, it will now be ran on the basis of personal agendas, popularity, ill fated egos, scheming, and childish demeanor. This would seem to be advocated by the regional quality manager and regional manager who are part of this sad clique.
To those who have read this and are considering employment just know that until this is fixed, and I know every job has its select few, this particular center will continue to go below standard. Please be cautious if you are more educated then they are, you will be condemned before you even get past your 90 days. This is so sad because this company has potential for more greatness if they only place the right people to lead them into it.
I am currently sitting at Talecris in St Paul. After almost an hour if waiting
(and i made an appointment) i asked how much longer, the girl at the desk rolled
Her eyes and said she doesn't know. When I asked why there are appointments? She
Stated they are short staffed. Ok but over an hour. She can't even give me an estimate.
As I sit here reading reviews I have to agree with most of the comments I read. I am
a single mother of three I work 2 jobs and just looking for a little extra holiday cash. It
almost seems to me you have to be some sort of addict to deal with the people here.
Very unprofessional, and the waiting room looks like an AA, NA meeting gone bad. Quality
is definitely NOT required by them. Respect and courtesy goes a long way with decent people. Maybe retrain your staff and you would get more people through here. It's a good cause, run by not good people.
My sister has MS and requires regular blood plasma exchanges. She often asks us to give blood and not to fail to give plasma. I went to the Fayetteville Talecris on my one day off recently. I arrived 5 minutes before they officially opened and signed in. 90 minutes later, I was asked to fill out some paperwork, show ID. I returned that. A half hour later, I was called up to be given an appointment time--I selected one of the open appointments and went home for a bit. I returned five minutes prior to my appointment time and took a seat. 90 minutes later I asked how much longer it would be--I was told it would be another hour at least--I had to leave. It is a shame! I wanted to give plasma because it is needed, not because they were going to pay me for it. I wish there was some place in Fayetteville to give blood plasma for free so that I did not have to expose myself to this near third-world experience! It was awful! The staff was rude and impatient. I have never been treated with such disdain in a "medical" facility. I guess they look at everyone and think they are doing it for the payment. Believe it or not--there are a few people who want to give blood/plasma--GIVE ! What a shame!
My husband would like to donate plasma...is there anywhere else in the fayetteville area that accepts plasma...after that i have read i would prefer he not go there...any suggestions would be great
There are several other agencies that accept plasma donations. Check with your local Red Cross, some of them do plasma and it is a much better feeling knowing that it is a non profit instead of a corporation that makes tons of money off of your body fluids. Know this, the amount of money you are being paid for these donations is a pittance compared to how much money the corporation is making off of your plasma. Even with the supplies, payroll, and machine cost ands maintenance donors are not paid a fair amount for the time it takes to donate. I know people that have sat in my center for 3 hours, on a slow day, for no other reason that their chart was misplaced. A lot of the Talecris centers have been bought by a corporation in Spain named Grifols. The employees are treated, sometimes, worse than McDonalds' staff. They are paid pretty close to minimum wage, even though they are exposed to gang bangers, drug addicts, and other unsavory people. I have seen favoritism with donors and staff. I have seen donors sent back for donations that are high or drunk or both. Some things you should know before you decide to donate.
1. The first visit will take a lot of hours. Count on at least 5, including donation. That is an estimate, it could be more, or less. Part of that is the background check and a check to make sure ur not registered with another center. Then you have a physical.
2. Bring something to read or play with. Most centers have free WiFi and allow the use of cell phones(internet only, no calls), laptops and tablets while donating.
3. If you are relying on a ride from someone, and they are not donating, tell them you will call when you're finished. Don't expect to get out fast and ask them to wait.
4. If you have tattoos get a certificate of sterility from the shop you got them from and know how old each one is. That includes any piercings, as well. The certificate of sterility will make the process much faster.
5. When filling out paperwork or answering questions from a staff member, tell the truth. This is 2014 and all of our information can be found on the internet.
I hope that this information is helpful and that it has prepared you for what to expect. I still believe that the job I do is important and for a good cause. Your donations help to save or better the lives of others. Not all staffs treat their donors the same as stated in the above comments, my center is very concerned with making sure our donors have a satisfying experience and that they know that their patronage is greatly appreciated. If you would like to ask any questions about Talecris or donating, please let me know. I am very "pro" donation, it is a live saving gift you can give to another person. I may not agree with the way they do things or how little they pay donors or their employees, but the process and donation, themselves, help to save lives.
my complaint is that i donated on a saturday and the money was not on the card when i got home. i waited and gave blood. and now i am annoyed and disgusted. and i have to call them tomorrow. i needed gas money...so i am pisseddddddddddddddddddddd.
I have donated at various plasma places in Charlotte nc for years I recently relocated to fayetteville nc I needed some extra
Cash long story short I went to talecris and was told I could not
Donate because of my medication well I have never had this problem at other centers only talecris worst part is there isinint
Any other places to donate in Fayetteville only talecris
I called before I went and they told me that all I needed was a S.S. Card and a drivers license and when I got there they told me that I could not donate cause I had just moved here from another city in Texas and they would not let my fiancée donate because he had gotten out of jail seven months ago.The lady at the front desk was very rude to me and did not seem to want to help. Don't waste your time going here they will not treat you like a person.
I was in the Talecris in Virginia it was my second visit and i was told on my first visit if i was to return to provide mail with my address which i did the first time and for some reason she would accept the bill i had so when i returned i brought voter registration card still in the envelope rent receipts and she told me that she couldnt use any of those items as well and wasnt providing why she couldnt so i told her that the they wasnt telling me any thing to get the situation resolved so she walked a way with a nasty remark like look lady of course i was studded by her remake be cause i wasnt the one making this a problem she was in the first visit all they staff had to say was it had to be addressacing in the window end of subject. I been back since then now they turn the machines up just to hurry me out . I bave had hands on experience in customer service and certain staff members have those lack respectable skills that i was told e erybody must follow. Roanoke, Va
I’ve recently had the displeasure of becoming a donor with this company and I think there are a few things that you should know about my past few visits to your New Bern Avenue location in Raleigh, North Carolina. I read the requirements for donation and they specifically said in order to identify yourself you would need your driver’s license and social security card. I did not have my social security card so I went to the DSS and obtained a letter as stated would be acceptable by your website as well, which included my number on it and took that with me along with my NC State driver’s license and I went to your offices. Upon arrival I was told that the letter from DSS was not good enough and that they couldn’t accept it. They then told me to bring them in my W2 form. The next day I when I arrived they told me that the W2 I produced wasn’t acceptable because it was a copy. I explained to them that I had just filed my taxes and that I wasn’t in the position to produce an original because I wasn’t in possession of said original. They finally decided that I was worthy and I moved forward to the next stage. I sat in your entry process for a total of 3 hours before I was even hooked up to a machine. The process from that point on was pretty quick, it only took 47 minutes. But from what your website stated it would take around 2 ½ hours total, I was now on 4 hours from start to finish and I ended up being late for work. I assumed that this was a one-time glitch and planned to return 2 days later. When I returned for my 2nd donation the entry process was quicker, only about 1 ½ hours before I was hooked up to a machine if you consider that swift but this is the day is when things started to go wrong. The technician that hooked me up hit a nerve and I was very uncomfortable throughout the process. The technicians on the floor saw that I was uncomfortable and offered to re do my needle but I was already too irritated at the site to have anyone even touch it and I just decided to stick it out and get it over with. After I left there was significant bruising and swelling in my arm to the point that I didn’t return 7 days later, I waited to return this past Monday.Upon my return this Monday I signed in and waited almost an hour watching others who had come in before me be seen and taken back to the donation area when I finally went up front to ask what had happened, they informed me that my chart was in QUALITY and had to be reviewed before I was seen, I asked then why I wasn’t told that there was a delay and also asked how long it would take and the girl didn’t have any answers as to why I hadn’t been told, she then informed me it could take several hours longer because there was only one doctor on site reviewing charts. I didn’t have the time nor did I have the patience to wait until WHENEVER to be seen, and not having been told that there would be a wait to begin with made me very unhappy so I left. I returned Tuesday and again, there was a very long wait. I think it was close to 2 hours before I was hooked up to a machine, and again the woman who hooked me up was inexperienced and I had a lot of discomfort throughout the entire process. I asked her how long she’d been a phlebotomist and she told me 3 months. 3 MONTHS? I understand everyone needs practice to get experience but really? The process itself was much longer than I thought it should have been and I noticed that the machine wasn’t functioning like the other 2 I had been hooked up to. The blood pressure cuff was very loose even after being tightened twice and it seemed that it wasn’t drawing the blood it needed because the collection container was noticeably empty. All the other times I’d been there it had taken around 45-47 minutes, at the 45 minute point I wasn’t even halfway full. When I asked one of the more experienced technicians why the machine was taking so long, she informed me that it was because I’d eaten fried food or pork, I’m vegan and I do not eat fried food. She stated that the machine was clogged, I didn’t see how that would be possible when I know I drink more water than anyone I know coupled with a strict vegan diet. When the saline portion of the donation started my arm started to feel as though there was electricity running down my arm. I asked 3 times to be taken off the machine and I was told no, it was to the point that I was in tears and yes, I was very upset. Finally the head nurse said they could take me off. I never used profanity, I was never irate I was in absolute pain. The nurse documented my issue and I left. This time the entire process took 4 hours. This morning at 10:06am when I went back to complete my process I was again made to wait in the lobby for almost an hour watching other donors come in and be seen ahead of me; I was again told my chart was in QUALITY. At this point I asked the girl sitting at the desk again why I wasn’t told that I would have to wait and again she said she did not know why no one had told me and again did not know how long it would take. By noon I was called into a side office by a woman who claimed to be the Manager or Supervisor and she had my chart in her hand. She proceeded to inform me that the last time I was there to donate that I had used profanity in the situation that I have just outlined and that if it happened again I would be deferred and not allowed to donate again. This is not only untrue, it’s a gross exaggeration that I feel that these technicians concocted to cover their bases in the event that I sought to hold any of them accountable for not only hooking me up wrong but also hooking me up to a faulty machine. If I’d been electrocuted in the process would they have then used that report as an excuse for the inexperienced phlebotomist and the delay in removing me from the machine? I never one time used profanity; I was never once disrespectful if anything I was beginning to become hysterical in tears. I wasn’t cussing at anyone. I left the donation site after that and I don’t think I’ll ever be back. As a matter of fact I’m contemplating calling an attorney. The way the people at that location treat donors is nothing short of demeaning. When someone gives of themselves for the greater good they should never be treated as though the donation center is doing THEM a favor with their pittance of a payment. I’m writing you this letter to tell you that not only was I treated badly they then lied to cover their unprofessional behavior. Your establishment in Raleigh North Carolina is run by inexperienced, unprofessional people who made an obvious mistake the last time I was there and then concocted a farce of a story to discredit me in case I ever came back. No one deserves to be treated the way I was treated there today. It was disrespectful and bordered on inhumaneI’ll be forwarding this letter to the Board of Health and any other agency that would be in any kind of regulation for the State of North Carolina as well as the News and Observer.
Finished donating at 5 today and here it is 810 and I have yet to get paid guess they had better things to do. this is not the first time this has happened. This has happened on SW OKC

I been going to Talecris in Pensacola Florida.about 3 to 4 years now. Last Thursday they were very rude to me. I went in before 8:00 am and there was no more then 10-15 people in there. They was all called and was in the bed in 30 min or so.I had to make a outburst to get there attention after a 1hr or more.then they finally got to me. Manager Jasmine called me in the office and said she was going to reject me from coming again if i kept it up..Then they had me sitting in the back for another 1hr another 15 or 20 people got call to the bed. Then i went to the quality manager to see what was going on.she finally got my folder and told me my hard copy had not come back from my blood draw.and that was 21 days ago. cold not donate.the nurse was calling people after me that came in that day why have me wait 2hr to tell me somthing. That only take 5 min.they do not care about your time or plasma and the didn"t even say sorry.now i'm going to another plasma center. my name is Glen Morss

This place is not a good place to go to I was here today at 8:45 in the morning and at 4:15 in the afternoon they told me I would not be seen 9 hours and not once did I get called and I was a new donor
These [censor]es in south Dakota Sioux Falls need to be fired and hire all new staff the are very nasty and not very customer service at all I haven't been in a while think maybe the nasty cold heart would change but no it has not I think they run this place like they own it this is why I hate ducking coming here all the staff is nasty I guess the apple don't fall far from the tree. And they say it the customer no [censor] it your staff the head is like that why the tail just like her. No greater to say hello nothing the treat you like trash. The clinic was filthy and the staff treated the patients like absolute trash.
They have no respect for you or your time.
Do not waste your time going in to this place.
I was deferred from the one in Pensacola Florida on Barrancas avenue because they told me I recorded a video in there when I have a right to record even though I didn't record a video and they have no proof that I recorded a video and I spoke with the facility manager John who would not give me his last name and they said that I was deferred because of the video that I never posted... This happened today on April 22nd 2022 at approximately 9:30 a.m. and then when I asked to speak to somebody higher than the facility manager John he would not let me speak to anybody
