Talkwithlead send an email about their service for 99c in the middle of the month. Whilst we were busy trialing out the product and realise it’s not for us and cancelled the service, we saw a payment deduction of full amount without an email saying it’s being deducted. Although the services were cancelled before the start date, they are not willing to give us a refund.
It also looks like their system is dodgy, as you go and cancel the service, it shows it did but their support staff shares the screenshot that it’s still active, I have repeatedly said even fire the start of the month, cancel my service but they are not willing to listen.
