After having to buy tarps almost yearly from big box stores I decided to try something different and bought a heavy duty tarp from Tarps Now. I am extremely happy with the performance and durability of this tarp. As it covers my firewood it's very important to keep it dry yet still allow wind to pass through to air dry the wood. This is the 4th heating season I've had this tarp and by the looks of it it has many more years to give me. Mary was wonderfully helpful

Teresa helped us beyond all expectations. She was always thoughtful, well informed and very nice in the process. We appreciate this kind of care especially as we are investing in a product we need and want it to be the best possible outcome. Additionally, Teresa responded in a timely manner to all our questions and needs. We now look forward to receiving our vinyl curtains to protect us and an important area of our property during our winter months.

I ordered a tarp and bungees on 9/24 both being in stock . The bungees were delivered on sat. the 26th. A few days later i contacted them to find out where my tarp was ? They tell me they are working on it. Than a few days after that they write to tell me it is out of stock, and would not be back in stock until 10/15, so i say ok , i will wait. on the 20th i wright ,where is my tarp ? 2 days later i haven't heard a thing ,but they have my money for a month know ! Shysters !

I called and spoke to Van, the Customer Service Rep, and explained my years of frustration of being unable to find a quality tarp to cover my racks of firewood. I've always bought a poly tarp and Van told me to use a vinyl tarp given our extreme temperture swings in Ohio which range from 100 degrees in summer to -20 in the winter. His knowledge of the product and professionalism is a testament to the type of company I wish to do business with. I will recommend Tarps Now to the farmers around me.

After many months we received our 2nd firepit cover and could not be happier. Unfortunately, the first one came in stating it was one color when in fact we felt it was no where near our understanding. We worked back and forth with Danielle, and finally reached a mutual agreement as to color and performance. As a design professsional, I am unrelenting when it comes to specifications and expectations. Both were satisfied with the end result. I highly recommend Tarps Now for their product and customer service.

Jami took the time to provide a detailed quote and answer several follow-up questions for my relatively small residential project. After an extensive search, TarpsNow had a customizable fabric I couldn't find anywhere else for my use in my "windy rooftop shade sail" application - one that requires a custom size/shape and a very porous but sturdy fabric. Jami sent a swatch of quality fabric in record time which got me comfortable with the product and my custom quote was ready the day after I sent dimensions.

When I emailed my tarp I was extremely lucky that Teresa answered. I was looking for a custom tarp and Teresa sent very detailed and understandable instructions as to what she needed from me to complete an order to my satisfaction. It was immediately clear to me the this company and this person are dedicated to customer service. In a world where almost any product is available from multiple sources In my mind that's everything when buying anything. If Teresa is the standard of your employees your company will surely thrive now and and in the years to come.

bought a 30ml clear tarp, very nice tarp and can see through it, now the problem, had 6 different fires started, a rug, a cat tree, a cat house, and yes even my cat had burns and fur missing. i contacted them in june about this and they said they would get back to me, however no response. now i am stuck with a 178 dollar clear tarp covered with a cheap dark tarp so no more fires occur, please people be cautious if you need a clear tarp, if i wasn't home those days could have been a real disaster, the last clear tarp i had was from a different company and lasted 9 years with no fires ever, all to save a few bucks and i got ripped off

I just purchased the following items from Tarps Now 2 Roller track adjustable end stops 3 Roller track ceiling mount support brackets 1 Industrial curtain track 6' 2 Heavy duty roller track steel ball bearing trolley's I'm using these to install a light duty electric hoist in my shop. Not your normal curtain hanging project. The hoist is used to lift sheets of plywood onto my table saw for cutting. All of the parts ordered were well within the weight limits for my use. Project worked out very well and the parts were of good quality and at a fair price. The lady in the service department (Mary) was very helpful and a good person to work with. Thanks Ron I.

Great product! We ordered 3 custom, clear vinyl tarps in 20 mil weight for our porch, so we could block cold air and entertain outside under heaters. These tarps met our expectations. Material is sturdy, clear vinyl is more clear than we expected, and craftsmanship is high quality. Grommets are sturdy and with the exception of the overall measurements being off just slightly, the tarps fit the space well and suit our needs. We expected the weighted chain in the bottom to be a slightly heavier gauge, but presume that might strain the grommets too much. Other than that, we are happy with the purchase and would highly recommend Tarps Now to anyone looking for custom tarps.

Great product! Several of us boaters here in Florida wanted a drop screen for our boats. We have full canvas tops, but needed sun screens for the afternoon sunset damage that was being done. We tried a local business and for one drop screen of very poor quality (you could see right through them) they charged over 2K. We found Tarps now and put an order in for one drop screen to see what the quality was like. We tore down the 2k screens and ordered 4 screens one for each side. These are fantastic and at 1/4 the price. We have 3 different neighbors here on the water that did the exact same thing. We talked with Van about what we are doing to let them know what a great product they have!

I ordered 2 tarps on 10/16. I talked with their customer service before I placed the order & was told to expect 2 weeks for delivery. I have called & talked with customer service twice as the tarps have not been received. The last time I talked with customer service they told me they would send an email with the status of my order. It's been over a week & I have not received the email status. I've tried calling the phone# and it rings but no one picks up. I understand there could be a delay due to covid but the ph# doesn't reference this it only rings. I tried using the Order Status online tool but it says I don't have an order. I would like to cancel my order at this point & would like a full refund..

Their selection was huge and their prices very reasonable. When the size I ordered was determined to be out of stock the company wrote me in a very timely manner to say it would arrive at a later date, meaning that as soon as they were back in stock I could get it...and they provided a due date. I then ordered another smaller size of tan tarp and they sent it out to me in just several days! I was very happy with that response..also the billing office/sales folks were already on the ball and were providing my account with a refund for the lesser cost of my new order. I commend Mary,Marcy and Danielle for their courtesy and responsiveness to their customers! I will use them again and recommend the company to others. .

Recently purchased a 6' x 8' clear tarp because we wanted to be able to see through where we hung it. Husband hung it with only small hooks. This tarp withstood a category 2/3 hurricane. When daybreak came & we could see, we were so excited that it had made it. However, the storm was relentless-lasted 16+ hrs! It finally came loose on 1 side & started flapping. We were worried it would get torn. Then it finally blew off. Luckily it was under the roof of the structure it was attached to. After the storm, we discovered: the grommets held-they did not break, the hooks were bent, and the tarp had zero tears & no scratches! Husband straightened the hooks & hung the tarp back up! I was in desparate need of a waterproof tarp to cover our wooden backyard skateboard ramp. Sounds trivial, but trust me, I have a lot of $$s invested and I've always struggled with a sound waterproofing solution. I came across Tarpsnow.com by way of Google and I am so glad I did. The product selection is vast, most importantly, they offer a huge selection of size options. The 20'x30' gray/brown should suffice. Ordering was easy. Also, when I called with questions about my order and shipping choices to expedite, Mary from Customer Service was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. It is the reason I support American businesses. Mary treated me like I live down the street. Thank you for your suppport and showing up for work during the Corona Virus quarentine. Awesome Company! WARNING! BEWARE! PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE LETTING THIS COMPANY HAVE YOUR MONEY: TarpsNow's business practice is the exact opposite of their company's name: They sell products that do not exist, and then string along the poor buyer with vague promises about imminent shipping, production, etc. From one day to the next, they provide completely different excuses for the endless delay: Some days the item is briefly out of stock, sometimes it's in production, other times it's preparing to ship. They apologize profusely and say they will understand if you decide to cancel the order due to all the delays. But when we finally did try to cancel, after weeks and weeks of this nonsense, they told us they might not refund our money if the phantom tarp was "too far along in production." This was after their recent promise that the tarp was being shipped, which was followed by an email saying that the shipping promise was in error, and that the product was now indefinitely out of stock. We finally did get our money back, but dealing with these lying hucksters was a major headache. If you read other online comments you'll see that mine was not an isolated instance: This is their standard business practice (which may be why they don't sell through Amazon, where independent reviews are more accessible). Finally, I learned from scoping out online review sites that we may have been the lucky ones: Some buyers who ultimately do receive a tarp from TarpsNow complain that the thickness and quality is less than promised. My hope in writing this review is to save others from the stress that TarpsNow will put you through.
