I joined TCS in April 2013.
I had some serious family issues at home since last 1 year, my father is unwell and having many chronic illness, and there was only me to take care of him. He is suffering from cerebrovascular stroke, diabete, hypertension, multiple blockages in heart arteries, and heart failure and brain tumour. He requires attendant call the time and need my help even to take him to washroom.
I had applied for leave without payment on 22nd April to 22nd July ,2024
And after completion of that I asked for subbatical leave on 22nd july
And when things could not work out with HR I GAVE MY RESIGNATION ON 8 august 2024 stating this reason.
But after that I got no communication on my email id and suddenly I got call from Sanskar that I must submit resign without any reason.On 13th Aug ,he called me on say within half an hour your reply on mail that you are giving resign without condition. And then I did not reply him and on 13th Aug, he mailed that as we discussed kindly report before 1 pm . that was last mail in TCS-official mail Id. In Between my Ultimatix they blocked .After that sending me Reminder mail on my PersonalEmail. Which I used rarely. On 30th Aug I received a printed UnAthorization of Absence .After receiving this Printed copy I have mailed to Senior-HRs without copy to this junior HR on 3rd Sept.In this time during 3rd sept to 18th Sept I have dengue and my father is also in critical and I am waiting for Senior HR reply but They did not reply me and sudden 19th Sept I received Print copy on Abandorment of Services . When I received I shocked and go in dipression what to do ? but then after I called to Sanskar ,he said Support team call you .I was waited for Support team call but No call from Suppot Team So I mailed to All HR on 22nd Septs that I am npt accepting this abandorment of service and attached all mails and all things but no reply still. On 27th Sept I received mail on FFS-Team. I mailed again to all HR on 30th sept.
communication that I must report and otherwise they TCS will fire me and give me unprofessional exit. This communication was even after I already submitted my resign. I have attached the said communication in this email. I am unable to understand the need for such communication and why HR did not communicate on my official e mai ID as I was always available on that ID.
Next they blocked my ultimatix login and my official email ID
I never received any call from support team on my phone no or my emergency contact.
And without any way of communication available to me they sent another letter stating my unfrofessional exit ruining my experience and further career.
I am not able to understand why such forceful action was necessary when I have already submitted my resignation on official e mail id way before all this.
I suspect some foul play by HR department and I strongly believe the this all is majorly against code of ethics of TCS.
I demand proper explanation of such quick, single sided, dictatorship like forcible action. If a person spend 11years of his life then HR is giving some more month lwp fofr her family?
Before taking any action is their not responsibility to contact person pernally using her mobile number or her personal emergency contact.
If a person has not her personal responsibitlity for her family. And in this situation HR should co-operate not to fired and cut her salary and destroy her 12 -15 years experience and send her in trouble of black list so she has not get any good job in mnc .
An Engineer girl she has to become independent instead of help her they spoiled her career of 15 years
I want answer for this?
I talked with my HR of TCS of different state they said we contact associate personally and before sending any notice we called them personally and understand her issues and give her good advice but Gandhinagr -HR has taken Harsh action and put me in such depressed and mental harassment . why and please help me on this
I demand why my resignation letter was not entertained and why I was not respectfully discharged from company.
I ask for an explanation why I should not take legal actions and file a complaint against HR and TCS in court.
I ask for an explanation why I should not make this whole issue available to media and social media platforms.
Claimed loss: I am not getting job as i got tag unprofessional exit .i dont have job from last 6 months
Desired outcome: Proper Exit with all benefits and change status unprofessional exit
