I felt that I was scammed $60 from Sourhita Majumder, a UX Researcher based in Bengaluru, India. She works for Cognizant and I participated in a study on 7/5. The researcher agreed to reschedule the US Bank study, but now I have not been paid for the study. I waited over 20 minutes while I was connected and she agreed to reschedule on 7/5/22. See att. Now on 7/6, she played with me by saying she does not want to proceed with rescheduling. I felt the researcher mislead me to believing that I will get my $60 when she agreed to reschedule my session. I was connected to session already and I am agreeing to settle this for $60.

This person claimed to be a recruiter for Cognizant, he aske me interview questions, I replied, he said he was going to send my answers over to the hiring manager.. He had sent me a link to IDME I did all that send picture of DL & then face reignition.. Red flag but he called me to assure me this was all on the up & up & I would meet everyone on a zoom call shortly. Need lees to say I went threw the process with him until he was unable to send me an e-mail with the proper documents for direct deposit & wanted me to provide banking info to him so he could fill it out for me. These calls came to me under the pretense of possible credit card fraud. The first rep stated he was trying to verify a fraudulent transaction via my Visa credit card. Then he attempted to confirm the amount of $900. Through Amazon and $50/$25 via CVS Pharmacy. He also questioned other info my other credit cards status. He also read off my credit card. Balances and then proceeded to ask me questions about the INTEREST RATES and saying that he have put a cancelation on the fraudulent items supposedly attempted to be purchased illegally with my card.
He also said that someone named Henry Mark who live in NC, was the person attempting to purchase those two items, fradulent. y, I listed above.
He then put me on hold to transfer me to Steven who now continued to say that he could assist me in getting me a decreased interest rate on each of my credit cards but then I would have to cancel out the cards. I said NO Thank you. After a disconnect another rep called me back from the third number listed above from IMEX who a. so stated that he could get me a better interest rate but I would have to cancel out a.. my credit cards.
I said no again and I said no again and then the phone call disconnected.
I am not sure as to what should/could be done with them. But I do know that this complaint should be investigated to verify as a scam attempt.

I was selected through the digital nurture program in September 2021. I completed my internship for the period of six months from March 2022 to August 2022. I was waiting for my date of joining and raised a query to campus to cognizant. I received a mail that I will be onboarded in the month of November. I kept tracking and communicating in one cognizant portal regarding my onboarding and date of joining. I raised a query on November 29 and received a reply on November 30th that "I am in the active pipeline and my date is yet to be finalized".
Again when I raised a query on December 5th I received a reply on December 6th "We notice that we have already communicated on the offer status to you on 5th December 2022. Having already informed on your offer, we would like to re-confirm that your offer stands cancelled from our end.". But I did not receive any communication email from Cognizant.
When I logged in to the one cognizant portal on December 6th It shows that "With my permission to decline the offer access to one cognizant portal had been revoked". But I did not receive any e-mail and also I have not declined the offer, in fact, I have been eagerly waiting for the date of joining and onboarding from cognizant.
Please Kindly check this and clarify regarding this issue on my onboarding process. Kindly h help me to sort out this. I herewith attached all the previous email communication for your reference. Kindly do the needful.

Not Receiving Final Pay
Hi,
I resigned Cognizant and my last working day was July 15, 2022. I was able to complete my clearance on September 20, 2022 but still not received my final pay. I've been constantly sending emails since November 2, 2022 for status follow-up but did not received any response from the Final Pay Team. I need my final pay for my mother who is confined in a hospital.

I had interview with CTS on 18 th November 2021. Then I got mail from Amritha.[protected]@cognizant.com to upload cis documents. I uploaded all the documents.
I had an another offer from Wipro. Their joining date was on 22nd December 2021.I had done all the formalities in Wipro . They had sent me laptop also.
I got hr call from cognizant on 21st December 2021 .They told me they will release offer with in two days. Thats why I declined the offer from Wipro.But I didn't get offer letter till now.
