I hired them because I owed over 6k in taxes. They lost my paperwork harassed me about it when I had confirmation that it was deliver to them. Want the checks by a certain day so they could send off my case that was in April oh but they didn't get the check until May. They said I qualified then later said I didn't. I felt I was being let on with hope. I Ended up getting some money so I just paid off my debt in August. The worst part is I paid 1700 For me to then pay the 6k I owed, yes I signed the contract so I know they won't give me money back but I want people to know that they don't always do a great job. I will not refer them to people.

The service that I received from Tax Debt Services has been outstanding throughout the entirety of my case. I had concerns about signing on with them in the beginning. I reluctantly made the decision to go forward with the process and have now come to find that this is 100% legitimate! They came through on everything that was said in the beginning and took care of my tax debt. Everyone who I spoke with has always been very pleasant to talk to and kept me well informed on the standings of my case regularly. I have always gotten an answer by a person with EVERY call I made to them. The process was a little lengthy but we were only awaiting the IRS final decision. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if I were to need their services and would also recommend them to everyone I know. If you have any concerns about them, you can rest at ease. I signed on with a payment plan as I have no extra money to pay it but I am happy to say, It was money well spent. NO REGRETS!

Tax debt is a virtual snowball. Once, it starts rolling, it's very difficult to stop…the penalties and interest become suffocating, and debilitating. I was greeted professionally, positively and with compassion….they gave me a thread of hope, but kept it real and did not over-promise, and immediately set about the task of representing me. The staff worked diligently to gather information and communicate with the IRS, and be my advocate. Finally, someone to lean on. For the first time..someone else was calling the IRS on my behalf, to represent me. Long story short…it took eighteen (covid) months to resolve and countless documents. There were many people working behind the scenes on my behalf that took a personal approach and interest to help me see the light of day again…most notably Renee. She is efficient, direct and never waivers. Tax Debt Service was in constant communication with the IRS, provided me with regular status updates, and gave me the hope that a resolution was possible. My deepest gratitude to the staff of Tax Debt Services and especially to Renee, and to the IRS for not driving the last proverbial nail in the coffin, and giving me the opportunity to dust myself off and contribute again.

Andy and his team gave that “Light at the end of the tunnel" optimism from the very beginning so we were better able to focus on other important matters. IRS issues can bring your life to a grinding halt with all of the letters and calls bombarding you to pay this amount now! The safety net they with scheduled updates, answers, and best of all, no more communication with the IRS! They handle everything,everything, and everything until case closes. Over $10,000 was reduced to $80.! Yes $80. That one I made to them changed everything for us.. I finally was able to take a breath. I would like once again thank Andy and his fantastic team for their diligence while our Country has /is facing the COVID-19 pandemic, they didn't stop with our cases. This company is incredible. They contacted me after I filled out a short survey online I initially was interested in assisting me with an offer in compromise because I estimated that I owe the IRS probably $10,000 after penalties and fees. Courtney my representative from tax debt service has recommended that we do sort of an investigation into exactly how much I owe and why I owe that much and in what year the debt was from that way we had an understanding of how much I owed and why I owed that much. To my surprise Courtney called me back and told me that I was incorrect that I actually only owed the IRS $1,000 and that for her to be honest I really didn't need their services because I can set up payment arrangements with them for that amount of money for free. She sent me all of my transcripts and didn't try to sell me any services that I didn't need she just thanked me for my time and told me that she would be there for me in the future if I needed anything this company was amazing they were honest they did everything that they said they would do for exactly how much they said they would do it and I'm a very skeptical person so anyone out there who needs help with their tax debt or previous taxes I'm telling you this company is amazing because one thing that is invaluable is honesty that's something you can't put a price on and this company has that in abundance! 5 stars all day long!

Great experience I had so many doubt at first I'm so glad I called staff and the attorney were very professional I was updated every month they stared my case in Jan and the IRS accepted my proposal in July I'm very satisfied...Excellent

I had 21k in debt to the IRS. It was a heavy burden too carry. I tried to work something out and the IRS rep said 300 a month, that's it. Completely frustrated I found TDS online. I called and talked to Andy. I have to say, after talking to Andy I had a calm that I hadn't felt in weeks. Andy went through the process with me, told me the pros and cons and I said, let's do this. I got a call today from Andy and the IRS accepted my 100.00 payment to end this nightmare. I can't say enough about Andy and the staff for all the work they did. I applaud TDS and their team.
