I first contacted Tax Group Center in the Spring of 2021 after receiving several letters from the IRS owing a total of $12,266 for 2018 and 2019. Tax Group Center told me they could help me get my taxes reduced and taken care of for a fee of a few thousand dollars or even get my taxes reduced. There was never any discussions about charging $350 for me to fill out paperwork they sent me, $350 an hour to for them to call me on the phone, $350 an hour to send me an email, or I would have to pay to file taxes that I had already filed. I was charged twice $500 for 2022 taxes that I had already done along with 2020 and 2021 taxes that were not even part of either 2018 or 2019 taxes. I gave them money on three occasions the first two i had to go through their credit agency for a total of $11,800 at 16% interest, for which i thought was to pay the taxes I owed. February 2023 I was called on the phone asking for another $11,200 that I had to put on my credit card at 12.9% interest. July 19th 2023 I received a phone call from Tax Group Center stating my case was resolved and I owed the IRS $20,000This is when I started to attempt to get answers to why i paid them so much money. After repeated emails and phone calls that were never answered on Sept 7th 2023 I finally received a receipt for services that was filled with ridiculous charges and a statement that they owe me $13,430 of money that I over paid them and they will pay me back over a 12 month period at $1,119.16, I find that unacceptable. I still have not been answered why I paid so much, why it took 2 years to resolve, why I wasn't told about the fees upfront. Tax Group Center never had my best interest in mind when representing me to the IRS

They are misrepresentin why they want money and what the money is bein used for. I keep gettin the run around. I finally asked for my money back.

A CPA I used for over a decade ruined my life and family. I didn't even know the extent of it until I hired Tax Group Center. It took over 9 months to finally straighten it all out. Had a grate experience working with tax group center. They did 5 years of tax returns, then settled all my tax problem with the state and irs in about 9 months. Highly recommend them very professional and grate communication. Anytime I had any questions I got immediate answers. I did have to fill out certain forms and submit whatever docs I could provide that took some time but the end results saved me time, money and headaches all worth it.

Me and my wife had a awesome experience working with this company. They saved us a lot of money. I highly recommend you give them a call for any tax stuff you got going on. They looked at the returns that messed things up from our old cpa and fixed 'em. Boom, instant savings. Then they sorted out the rest of the money we owed for way less. It was amazing! They did everything, we're super happy and now we can live stress-free again.

My experience working with Tax Group Center was great. My family was under a grate deal of stress with a very large tax debt. I called Tax Group Center and they walked me threw the entire process over the phone before I ever hired them. Turns out I used them to amend a few past tax returns that wound up saving me some money. The rest of the case was handled by one of their attorneys and in the end they settled with the IRS for way less than I owed. I highly recommend them. You will be in grate hands.

I feel so blessed because I found this Tax Group Center. They saved me 100k and really I thought my life was over for good. After college, I really did not know how to balance my finances and found myself in a lot of trouble for not filing my taxes for 5 years. At the time, before covid, I was making pretty good money. I started receiving notices that I owed almost 100k and I freaked out. I searched online and out of desperation, I called. They calmed me down and explained that since I didn't file, the IRS filed returns for me with no deductions. They said if they do my unfiled returns to start, they can reduce the debt and then resolve the balance. Well, they walked me right through it and lord almighty guided me to them as and after the return and settlement they got me, I only paid under $1000. I am reborn, I am only leaving this message so if I can just help one person's life it was worth my time writing this. If you are in need of tax help call them asap. My situation was out of hand. Felt for many years helpless and defeated like I would never have a normal life again. I found Tax Group Center searching on line for someone to help , saw some really great reviews sounded like my exact situation so I called them. So glad I did . I did not even know the extent of my troubles. It took a day for them to investigate and know the whole situation. Then they provided me the strategy to get missing returns done so we could get me all caught up. That took a few weeks at the same time they started working on collecting financial documents so they could resolve my case one the returns were completed. Anyway they help my hand the whole way through. I am writing this about 10 months into the process so since everything is resolved and my results are far better than I ever could have dreamed I wanted to let people know how amazing this company is. They saved my life , I finally feel human again. I am happy to refer anyone I know to work with Tax Group Center that has Tax return and tax debt issues they will fix you!

Paid 43 grand to have a personal and business tax negotiated down.

I hired Tax Group Center to fix my tax issues. I paid a hefty amount of my hard-earned money, but it's been more than a year and I haven't seen any results. I can't even get a phone call back. I feel like I've been scammed.

I contacted Tax Group Center for assistance. I signed a contract and paid the money, but then they said I needed another contract for help. I signed another one and paid that too. They don't call back. I talked to the attorney in April and he asked for check stubs again, which I gave him that day. He said I would have a settlement in a few weeks. It's been 3 months now and they won't return my calls and still say they need check stubs. I have email proof that I sent them. This is a scam. They make you sign multiple contracts, take your money, and then don't contact or help you.

4/22/22, 5/22/22, 6/22/22, 7/22/22 On each of those dates Tax Group Center took 300 dollars from my account. They're supposed to help me with a tax issue in Oklahoma. A rep said they'd negotiate for me. They said I had to pay 300 dollars and they'd check in every 3 weeks. But that hasn't happened. *** has been my contact. This company doesn't call or email back. I want them to stop taking money from my account and give me a full refund.

I joined the Tax Group Center's tax program over 3 years ago. They said they could help me with my unpaid debt from previous years. They said I would pay back about half of what I owed once we reached a resolution. I paid them over $10,000 in fees. They kept prolonging my program, saying I had to finish paying their fees before a resolution could be made. But after 3 years and more fees, they offered a resolution even though I hadn't finished paying. This means they could have resolved it earlier. To afford their monthly payment, I claimed fewer deductions, hoping to adjust my taxes later. But the program kept getting prolonged. They didn't make it clear that they only handled my Federal taxes, so now I'm dealing with my state taxes alone, paying monthly. When they offered a resolution this year, it required a monthly payment of almost $800 to the *** on top of the $250 they were still collecting. The total payback, including fees, would be $800 more than what I owed initially. Their program didn't settle the debt as promised, and it lasted for years while they collected over $10,000 in fees. I can't afford a $800/month payment to the *** for 60 months and still live. I've contacted them multiple times for a refund, but they haven't responded.
