I purchased a 65” android tv from TCL company on 29.6.2020 from a shop called MyG, Thiruvananthapuram. On 12.09.2022, I called TCL’s toll free number and registered a complaint (Complaint no. IN102022106783)
Then their technician came and informed that they will send a new tv company as there is a monitor complaint in the check. But till date no action has been taken by the company resolve my complaint. Please make a solution for this.
