Team Health has repeatedly billed me for $113.47 for doctor's emergency room services they claim were not covered by Medicare or Independence Blue Cross. A check with Medicare and Blue Cross back in August indicated that the charges had indeed been covered. When I pointed this out to a Team Health customer service representative, their excuse was that they had been unable to contact Blue Cross. I had no trouble contacting them! At least one more time, they admitted that disputed charges had been been paid. Regardless, every two months or so, they E-mail or US Mail an identical statement to the first one. I am sick, tired, and suspicious of this; I now delete E-mail from them as "Spam', and disregard their US mail, which comes as pre-sorted first-class mail, with a ridiculously short due date.
Desired outcome: Acknowledge that disputed charges have been paid in ful via Medicare and Independence Blue Cross, and stop sending me these inaccurate, outdated statements!
