Team Health review: Medical services

I had a colonoscopy on January 27, 2022 at El Mirador Surgery Center, Palm Springs, Ca. Before the procedure was scheduled I sumitted my medi-care and supplemental Ins information to the Doctor for approval. At the time of the procedure I gave the same information to the Surgery cente. I was never told that my insurance would not cover the Anesthesia. I received a bill on April 20, 2022. At which time I submitted a request to bill the insurance again and sent the required Ins information. I have received another bill June 18,2022 for the same amount without any ins. payment. If I had beed told that my insurance would not cover this I would have asked for an alternative option.
