Team Management review: Do not hire Rosie Galarza as the apartment manager

Do hire Rosie Galarza as the apartment manager at Kilbourn Commons, because Rosie Galarza be putting apartment buildings and innocent good tenants in danger! She be taking sides with the bad tenants,She is rude,disrespectful,smart-mouthed,evil,sick and twisted! Rosie don't know how to act around black tenants! She rents to anybody to impress Darnell Williams. She be lying on good tenants and taking sides with bad tenants! She rented to Jasmine Curry and her cousins and they started problems with Derrick Thomas who lived in Apt 204, They came over to his apartment and attacked him by pulling his hair dreads out, They called Milwaukee Police on him,The police arrested him,took him to the Milwaukee County Jail Downtown and charged him with disorderly conduct! Somebody who don't live inside the apartment building cut the video camera cord on the second floor, Rosie Galarza took Jasmine Curry's side and belived her story over Derrick Thomas story! Rosie evicted Derrick Thomas and not evict Jasmine Curry who started the whole incident. Rosie Galarza rented to a black guy convted felon named Sherard Akeem Sebring,Him and Nicholas were playing and practicing karate in the front hallway, The police and The authorities came inside the apartment building looking for Sherad Akeem Sebring, because he was wanted for a crime he commited! Rosie rented to more troublemakers from Sharon Williams(Marquita White),Ashley Hudson,Reshounda Smith, Shuran Hagwood & Elaine,Jesus Diaz,Princinnetta Thurman and Marcus D' Gutsch,Danyelle Cummings and DJ, Terrill Thomas and Quentin (Q) Morgan! Rosie Galarza costed Derrick Thomas, Rennard Cotton, Eugenia Davis, Bejhan Gorgi(BJ) Iesha Tucker,Joseph Amerson and Rai Hudson their apartments at Kilbourn Commons! She costed Shane Taylor his life in 2019, When he got shot and killed by a group of bad tenants in front of the Kilbourn Commons apartment building! It broke his mother's heart and his girls don't have a father. Stay away from Rosie GaLarza, Because she is sick,twisted cold hearted and greedy!
