Good day, Would you please assist. There is a show called GAMETIME (www.smstowintv.com) that plays on a broadcast station ETV, this show scams people to sms W to 39975 charged at R15 to possibly win R10000 but it never happens and they keep on billing the R15 daily. This service does not provide clear information on how to stop receiving these text messages or how to unsubscribe to the service which is in violation of consumer rights.
Company details on their website: Telemedia Holding Magyarország Kft (reg num: [protected], tax num: [protected]-2-41), a company registered in H1012 Budapest, Márvány utca 17.
Desired outcome: Refund!
This is a big scam. a person sends an sms then get told that you might get chosen to be called. why do they air a show live on television where they steal our money. r15 is allot of money. am I the only person that this has happened to. they tell you all you must do is sms. well I sms and where the hell is my call. why dont they call, ill tell you why cause they want to collect as many r15 as possible in a night and they getrich where as we who cant really afford this and just really wantto win to put food on the table get scammed and broke. this is the most bull... ive ever come accros

I did sent them about 4-5 smss last night but I never got any call from them all they did was to tell me that I almost got chosen blarh blarh...and even their emails aren't working.This is totally a scam on another level..

This is a disgrace.This is a huge scam and I don't know why this is being allowed on live TV.After reading all the complains of others I don't understand why this show is still on air.Its awful to give people such false hope and even worse to deceive people like this.It's shameless.

This show is a con. Heard from countless frustrated who spend R600 to R800 (R15 per sms) or more a night and never get through since its inception. They either discount certain ethnicities as certain can spend thousands a night and not get through and/or ensure that prizes won per night are around R10 000 or so, when they are making hundreds of thousands, probably more, in desperate people sms ing without any chance to even get a chance in hell to get close. When you spend enough R15's you get an sms that you are close, yet nothing materialises - after about R200/R300 spent, you are simply ignored. Poor and desperate people who know the answers spends hundreds per night which could go to feeding their families/hours they could be resting being lured by this disgusting opportunist money making scheme. HOW CAN SA BROADCASTERS ALLOW THIS AFTER A GLOBAL PANDEMIC WHEN MOST HAVE BEEN BROKEN. This is unethical and misleading and must stop. I am going to ETV and every social media platform and media to get this shut down.
