Good day, Would you please assist. There is a show called GAMETIME (www.smstowintv.com) that plays on a broadcast station ETV, this show scams people to sms W to 39975 charged at R15 to possibly win R10000 but it never happens and they keep on billing the R15 daily. This service does not provide clear information on how to stop receiving these text messages or how to unsubscribe to the service which is in violation of consumer rights.
Company details on their website: Telemedia Holding Magyarország Kft (reg num: [protected], tax num: [protected]-2-41), a company registered in H1012 Budapest, Márvány utca 17.
Desired outcome: Refund!
I filled in more than 30 forms online, it keeps on saying entry form submitted, no call or email,this seem like a scam No 😲. The presenter keeps on saying no one knows the answer while I'm busy filling the forms and have already sent more, etc must shut this production

People please be aware, the SMS WIN game SHOW it's REALLY a SCAM I repeat SCAM😭.To my side the things that made research about it is that " How can I not be chosen whereas there's no one who's on the call with the host"💁♂️ and " YY those people who win the money on the T.v show (SMS WIN show) not expressing joy feelings after speaking the right answer "💁♂️ so PLEASE PLEASE don't fall on their TRICKS It's enough Those people are making millions from us whereas we're suffering 😭😭💔

It really is a Scam I believe so because I have been calling the number on screen but it doesn't go through and no other number is working they must stop this its totally wrong to scam people

These people scam us on national television plenty people dms and spend at least R90 each now times that by 20 000 .. lotto even tries harder to keep up their scam they have auditors and many people watching wen times comes for winning but this one u can't call and sometimes loadshedding happends and they reach voicemail immediately very few times they return a call that goes through to mailbox
I can't say I'm shocked that this sort of thing won't go unseen surprisingly. I must jus open up my own TV station buy a few series and movies hell even broadcast the lowest budget soapies for free. Then soon my own scam can come up etv and it's board members consider this pocket change. Lol. It'd worth bribing all people involved so hey they make good money

I have been buy airtime for long and when I sms win my airtime vanished so my problem here is that and they keep on telling to register so when I try to fill in the form it keeps on saying wrong number I don't know what's going on is it legit or not
