This lousy "management" company took over managing VOB 1 in January 2925. I have made multiple attempts to reach anyone there by phone, email (askterramanagers.com), or using their web portal Vantaca using the "Submit request" feature. To date, not a single person at Terra has returned a phone call, email or submit request. How do you manage a property when you don't answer your phone or return calls or emails?
Recommendation: RUN, Don't walk away from Terra Management and choose another manager.
Tis company took over managing VOB1 on 1/1/25. Since then, I have reached out multiple times via phone to reach a community manager. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! I called most recently on 2/21/25 and even the general voice mailbox was full and not accepting messages. I have emailed several times at askterramanagers.com with no response. I have used their web portal (Vantaca) and used the "Submit request" feature multiple times and have yet to receive a response. LOUSY NON EXISTENT customer service.
