So, I decided to buy some furniture from OfficeFurniture2go.com. They had a great deal on some items that I needed for my office. I was excited to see that they offered free shipping, which was a huge plus for me. However, the next day I received an email that made me feel like I was being scammed. The email said that I would have to unload the truck myself or pay a hefty fee to have the drivers do it for me. I was not happy about this at all. It felt like a bait and switch scheme to me. I decided to cancel my order and look for another company to buy from. I don't like being scammed and I don't want to do business with a company that would try to do that to me. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with OfficeFurniture2go.com and I will not be buying from them again.

However, a few days later, I received a call from them informing me that they do not actually have the item in stock and that they can only get it from the manufacturer by the end of the month. Today is the 6th, mind you. I was not pleased with this news and immediately requested that they cancel my order.

To my surprise, the item is still listed as "in stock" on their website and can even be added to the cart. This is quite misleading and I am not sure if it is a bait and switch operation or just a shady middleman with no physical location or merchandise in stock. I am also worried about whether they will bungle the cancellation and refund process, as they have ignored my email reminding them of the cancellation.

To make matters worse, several days after writing this review, they submitted the credit card charge for an item they do not have and will not have for a month, despite knowing that the order has been cancelled. This is unacceptable and I am considering stopping payment.

Even if you call the manufacturer directly, they will say that they can't do anything without being called by the store. And if the store didn't reach the one person at the manufacturer who can solve the problem, then the solution may take a while.

It took a while, but I finally got my furniture. It ended up missing a small part, but this time around, the store was much better and told me that they could order it. Overall, I would say that OfficeFurniture2go.com has some issues with their delivery and customer service, but they do eventually get the job done.
