Great service provided by OPUS for my company
Great service provided by OPUS for my company. Their Atlanta office provided me with great service. I have an Opus office for the past 2-3 years. No Problems.
Opus Virtual Offices, LLC is a top-notch company that has been serving my business for quite some time now. I gotta say, their Atlanta office has been nothing short of amazing. The service they offer is just great, you know? I've been using their office for a good couple of years, like 2 or 3, and let me tell you, I haven't encountered any problems whatsoever. It's been smooth sailing all the way.
I mean, seriously, their service is just top-notch. They really know how to take care of their customers. And let me tell you, that's something I truly appreciate. It's like they understand what I need and they make sure I get it. No fuss, no hassle. Just great service, plain and simple.
So yeah, if you're looking for a virtual office solution, I highly recommend OPUS. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. They've got your back, my friend. Give them a try and see for yourself. You'll thank me later.

I've been using Opus Virtual Offices for a couple of months now. They give me a phone answering thingy and a fancy mailing address for my work-from-home gig. I tell all my pals about 'em. They're great!

I've been a client for a few years now and their reception desk, no matter who answers for my company, has never let me down. What's even more amazing is that their support desk always addresses my support tickets within the same day or next day, without fail. I'm really impressed.

They say no small print right on their home page and use this as an advertising tool but have all these terms hidden in separate forms and agreements they say you agree to. Obviously your practice of throwing these different one at their clients is a practice to make people not read these terms. That is bad Business Practices. I hope they can realize this and if they want to keep advertising the no small print then at least condense the terms into one document.

This company don't do what they advise
This company don't do what they advise. I had a problem with the billing manager who said she gonna give me my money back when I cancel after two weeks of service. The billing manager said it's a 3 months contract and I need to cancel within 30 days. I told her that if I don't want service after 2 weeks, I have the right to cancel. But I did cancel within two weeks. I noticed a month went by and Opus still took the money from my account. I have proof of the cancellation I sent. I called, talked to support but got transferred to the billing manager. I told her exactly what I wanted to do which was cancel the service and get a refund because I didn't have the service for 30 days at this point.
I don't want service anymore because of economic matters happening now. Ms. told me to wait so she can check my account last week when I called. Then she came back to the phone. I asked when will I get my refund, she said within 3 to 7 days. The refund didn't come, and I just got an email this morning about another cancellation status. I didn't know why they sent me this. So I called to see what the problem is. Now, *** is saying she never told me I was getting a refund. If that call gets pulled legally, it will clearly say it. I told her I have no reason to lie about her or anyone else.
Now Opus is giving me the run around saying they can't refund me when this lady Ms. clearly said they would. If more legal action is needed, that will be the next step if I can get that call pulled. It's a shame to promise a customer something and not do it. It doesn't make sense to do business like that. You do business at your own risk. I'm just saying what happened in my situation. I'm glad I don't do business like this.

Billing issues
Opus Virtual Office is horrible. I canceled my service with them in June 2023. I receive an email from a collection agency that my account has been forwarded to them. I told the collection agency that I had canceled my service and not to contact me again. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Opus Virtual Office states they cannot locate my cancelation request. That is not my problem that they do not understand how to do proper billing. I know that I am not paying them a dime.
Desired outcome: Verification they have canceled my service, no more communication from them, and removal of my account being sent to a collection agency.
Virtual address for business
I used OV Address so I don’t have to use my home address as business address. I went to Chase Bank to open my Business Account. Chase didn’t accept the address so I had to change it to my home address, means I couldn’t use their service at all. I’ve tried many emails & calls to get a refund, but they refused to help and sent it to a debt collector
Desired outcome: A fake company like that shouldn’t be able to send canceled services to a debt collector, they should be exposed and face legal consequences
This company should be shut down. They are scammers and they don’t even care to hide it.
Chase doesn’t even accept their address as business address I had to change mine to my home address and even though I wasn’t able to use their service because of it, they refuse to stop charging your card. When I told Chase about it they immediately flagged them but they were able to send it to a debt collector and mess with my small business for $109
We canceled our contract in October last year and got an email confirmation
We canceled our contract in October last year and got an email confirmation. But, the company still charged us. They even charge credit cards after canceling contracts.

I got an email from Opus VO saying they tried to take money from my credit card
I got an email from Opus VO saying they tried to take money from my credit card. They were told in May that I don't need their services anymore. But they say I can't cancel the service right away, I have to wait 30 days according to the contract. The thing is, it was my brother-in-law who signed up for this service, not me. I don't want or need it, I've never even used it. They say I have to sign some agreement and wait 30 days before they cancel it, just to be done with this company.
This company keeps charging my credit card even though I canceled the service and had multiple arguments with the credit card company
This company keeps charging my credit card even though I canceled the service and had multiple arguments with the credit card company. The credit card company asked them to give back the money willingly, but they argued with the bank that handles their credit card transactions. After that happened, they charged my credit card again. I guess I have to argue about the charges again until the bank decides to stop them and prevent them from processing credit cards anymore. The company says they offer Virtual Offices, but they're just using a UPS store and calling it a virtual office. They clearly don't know what a real virtual office is and they keep advertising and charging for this service. There aren't any offices or conference rooms.
Normally, I don't send these types of complaints to this office but I feel like someone should be aware of how this company operates
Normally, I don't send these types of complaints to this office but I feel like someone should be aware of how this company operates. Normally, I don't send these types of complaints to this office but I feel like someone should be aware of how this company is run. Lack of communication, nasty attitudes, and drama has already started with these people. Frankly, I have been a customer for only one month. But already there are problems with lack of communication and learning how to run a real business. Particularly, Pilarica Crocker who's just lazy and has an overly nasty attitude for someone who works as a secretary. She called my mail junk mail because she didn't want to look for it or call me about it. I want my mail and these people to finish their job.
I used Opus VirtualOffices 'cause my colleagues said it's good
I used Opus VirtualOffices 'cause my colleagues said it's good. But man, signing up was a pain. It took like a whole week for them to set up my account. I had to upload a bunch of docs just to see my dashboard, and they didn't even tell me that upfront. Finally got everything in, but then it took another week 'cause I missed some "optional" field. And get this, they charged me more than what I agreed to pay. Supposed to be $99, but they hit me with $99 and $109. They said it's for some extra service, but I don't remember buying that. And they haven't even answered my question about the extra $10 fee. Now I'm tryna set up a Credit Safe account, but Credit Safe says Opus ain't their customer. How am I supposed to set it up then? Seriously, I need someone to get in touch with me ASAP.
DO NOT WORK WITH THEM
DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. They charged me for a service I never used, refused to cancel, had misleading contracts, and their employees were threatening and disrespectful. DO NOT WORK WITH OPUS VIRTUAL OFFICES. They are trying to charge my card for a product or service I never got. Read their other complaints and reviews, this company is a scam, you can find at least a dozen similar complaints. In a time when people are losing jobs and businesses, they take you to collections if you ask to cancel your subscription. We are seeking legal action for how they are treating us and our company, and illegally charging our card. When I contacted customer service, they said, "our billing is not contingent on your use of our services." What the *** does that even mean? OF COURSE it's contingent on it, why else would I pay for it? I called multiple times, sent multiple emails, and the only response I get is them threatening to send me to collections. I've been in business for years and this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I didn't do my research beforehand and I suffered. If you're considering working with them, don't, and if you already have, please contact me for more evidence. This is the ONLY online review I've ever written because any sane business owner would understand and not try to illegally charge credit cards, but they won't budge and are threatening me. DO NOT WORK WITH OPUS VIRTUAL OFFICES.
Hey did you resolve anything? I have the same issue with them I can’t believe they are still able to operate as a business.
I switched from brick and mortar biz to virtual in April 2022
I switched from brick and mortar biz to virtual in April 2022. I always had a physical address, so I needed a biz mailing address that wasn't a P.O.Box. I chose Opus Virtual Offices for my mail. Even though I already had a phone number and answering service (had it since 2016), I got that package just in case. I wanted to cover all my bases and ease my mind since I never had no physical address. I uploaded the docs they needed, and Opus Virtual Offices said they got 'em and could start the services. They took $199 from my account on 4/20/22 and kept takin' $99 each month from April 2022-September 2022, totalin' $694. My driver's license expired in April 2022. I tried uploadin' a copy more than once, but the system didn't like the size or format. In early September, I went to check my mailbox 'cause someone asked if I got their checks. They said my name or biz wasn't in their database. I showed 'em the payment I made just 2 days before to prove I had an account. After callin' Opus, they said it's 'cause they didn't have a valid ID. I asked why they kept takin' money if I didn't meet the requirements. They took my money, but I couldn't get mail or fax docs. If my ID wasn't valid, why'd they start takin' money? If my ID was valid at first but expired soon after, why ain't I in the system for a mailbox at my company's address? I don't check mail much 'cause most comes by email, but they gave me this address via email, and it's on all my accounts and website. I lost 6 months of mail, and they got $700.
Opus Virtual Office employees are so unprofessional
Opus Virtual Office employees are so unprofessional. They talk all rude and don't solve any problems, like they think you gotta pay 'em! None of the features work right. Creditsafe don't even report your account no more, they ain't partners with Creditsafe no more, but that's why I picked 'em in the first place, so now they ain't keepin' their end of the deal with my company. They never even told me, and from what they said today, they knew all along but still keep advertisin' the reportin' feature. I told the lady she was rude and unprofessional, and she just said to cancel, like it's so easy to change business addresses and it costs a ton. They need to be held accountable for followin' the rules. False advertisin' all the way. They answer the phone like they just woke up, and the phone numbers you buy don't even work right, they're VOIP numbers. ***This is my first email***Hey there, I'm reachin' out 'bout my account with you @ ***. I've been contactin' support a bunch of times this month, most recently on the 19th and left a voicemail after the rep transferred me without warnin', and before that on the 7th, 9th, 13th, and 16th of September, and nothin' has been fixed or addressed properly for my services. 1) My account ain't reportin' and Creditsafe says you ain't their client no more, so I gotta pay for a service that's supposed to be included with my Opus services. 2) The receptionist who answers the phone for my company is so dull and don't even try to engage. 3) The call out feature is slow as molasses. 4) The phone number is a VOIP, and when I first signed up, I asked all these questions and they said it would work for SMS and phone calls. But most times when I use the number for applications or networks, it don't even accept it. 5) The mail correspondence takes forever. These things are a big deal, and my business is sufferin' 'cause of it. I'd really appreciate it if someone could get back to me with a good solution to these problems. Thank you.
I'm filing this complaint because the company refuses to cancel my virtual address account and they are trying to bill for another month
I'm filing this complaint because the company refuses to cancel my virtual address account and they are trying to bill for another month. My experience with Opus Virtual OKC, OK has been unsatisfactory from the day that I signed up. I gave a cancellation noticed in November after several problems with this company. The director responded to my email and cc the email to accounting that as of November , my account would be cancelled, and NO money owed. Today, I received a call saying that I owe for December, and a week prior received an email stating the same, that, my account was suspended until payment. For starters, when the account was setup, I made two or three calls to test the phone service that comes with the business address. There were incidents where my business line was not answered, and/or if the call was answered, it dropped. I brought this to the attention of the customer service manager who argued with me about this and said in so many words that she didn't believe me. Really? I am a small business owner, paying your company to answer my phone line and when I report to you findings of calls not being answer, you ignore and/or dispute the fact. Plus, she was argumentative with me. First red flag. The second red flag was when I signed up, I was told by a male that worked there, that, I could have my mail forward. Yet, when inquiring about a mailing that was due to arrive in matter of days; when I called to inquire and was transferred to the mail division which I learned was outsourced to another company - the person I spoke to on two different incidents was less than friendly and professional. She basically told me that they don't forward mail. It wasn't until I spoke with a third person who assisted me. Third issue, I specially told the company what date I wanted my account drafted each month. The company took it upon themselves to draft it days before, causing a problem for another vendor payment that should have been made. Spoke with the accounting manager who asked me to go online and put in another request, which I did. Weeks later, the company apparently changed software and attempted to debit money from my account again before the due date and called me about a payment. When I called back, I got another unprofessional staff person that talked down to me. I asked her to transfer me to management. She placed me on hold and came back and said that - they would give me 1 month FREE for my trouble. I informed her that I was cancelling the services and that I wanted to speak with the accounting management. The accounting manager did come on the line and was more professional than the others. I told her that if I had any other problems with this company (explained all the bad customer service incidents) that I would be cancelling. A day later, my bank account was debited and credited, debited and credit four or five times, that my bank brought it to my attention. I emailed them and told them to cancel my service for good. That's when I received the email from the director stating that November had been paid and that my account would end in December. Received another email about December payment being due. I emailed the director, the one that said THERE are NO moneys owed. Now, the director is saying that I owe for November, which November was paid. They have been paid every month since the signing up of the service, several months ago. I am requesting that this company stop harassing me about service and accept my cancellation. With no payment due for December. I can't speak for any other businessperson, but my experience has been less than stellar, and I hate now that I signed up with this company.
