I have enjoyed the excellent pricing for over a year. I had no problems until my last order was reported by Net32 to be have been delivered when it had not. Customer service responded with a refund very quickly. Excellent support.

I have always had excellent service. Whenever I have called to question or have a problem with a product, they have been courteous and extremely helpful at all times. The website is user friendly and is constantly being improved. Great job!

I don't know why more medical/dental offices aren't using Net32. I am now pretty much purchasing dental supplies from them. My shipments are always on time, packaged correctly and I have had great customer service if I have to return a product.

They carry the same brands as the other distributers in in most cases the items are even cheaper. Quality house brands also! .Shipping is super fast and customer service top notch. I've ordered many times and have not had a single bad experience.

They are price gouging right now and it is very unfair! on 5/5 we ordered cavi wipes for 29.75 a canister this week the SAME EXACT canister is 55.00. I am very disappointed as we use them often but I am unsure of how we will proceed after this.

Typically it is smooth sailing when ordering dental products with Net32, they always keep you updated with emails and the quality products arrive as promised, which by the way, are have good prices. But whenever an issue arises, they respond immediately and the problem is solved Very satisfied with Net32.

Placed an order for an "in stock" item. Was only then notified that it was back-ordered. I immediately cancelled my order by phone messages and numerous emails. No one answered the phone, answered any of my voice mail messages, or my numerous emails. The next month, the order arrived. I refused the shipment, denied payment, and will NEVER do business with this outfit again.

Net32 is an excellent place to get dental supplies. They have a great selection of name brand and generic supplies. The upsides are a better price, and LOTS of user feedback on popular products. The downside is an increased wait time from shipping, usually 1-2 weeks total. I highly recommend using them. In the unlikely event you have a problem from one of their 3rd party vendors, Net32 will take care of you. Returns are simple.

They take orders without being aware of their inventory and canceling your order a couple of days later telling you it's out of stock. Not acting like any other website which if they don't have the products, they don't take any orders. No respect for people's time and effort and plus taking all your information like full name, address, credit card info without giving you any products. How do I know they are not doing that on purpose to collect people's info!

Net32 has excellent customer service. Fair pricing. I placed an order for the wrong size glove. They helped me cancel the previous order and place an order for the correct size glove. The vendor they used didn't cancel the order in time and I received both sizes. When I contacted Net32 to request a return, I had no issues. I didn't have to do anything extra. It was approved within minutes. With supply and staff shortages our clinic faces, they have helped us tremendously.
