I received a sick kitten from Terra Siberians. I handled it diplomatically, despite how horrific the experience was for us (the kitten had FIP). I have since received threats to my personal safety from Harry Hart, saying he is going to release my address to people online via a CraigsList personal ad, inviting attackers to my home. I have had to file a police report -- two, actually -- and a restraining order, because this sick person has threatened my personal safety. *****PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION*****
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
You have posted your OWN address.
Liz Hart, u also posted your potential clients, Jen and Frank Cameron's, full address online. Clients trust u with their personal, confidential info when filling out your contract. Why isn't your clients safety important? Maybe u should include a privacy policy in your contract to protect your clients from u. NOBODY should give Liz and Harry Hart their address. U invite/allow all kinds of strangers/clients from the internet to your home because of your business. THE ONLY PERSON THAT THREATENS YOUR CHILDRENS SAFETY IS U, THEIR MOTHER...in my opinion!
I asked to meet the mother of a kitten who looked completely crazed and sick, she came from out of a basement it looked like and appeared to have never seen the light of day before. I walked straight out the door. Such bad news, this place! And, from the look of it, they have a ton of complaints online about them. People, life is too short to support animal abusers like this.
they were supposedly shut down via oakland county animal control in 2010 for poor litter box maintenance and presence of disease. man, this place is horrific. avoid avoid avoid.
I adopted sibling kittens from this breeder, and they were both dead within a week. It was a horrible experience, going into this I knew very little about cats. We went to the shelter and got a kitty that has low allergens. I recommend you do yourself a favor and do not give business to these cat-killing scammers.. I contacted TICA and they said they took away their license years ago, so they are illegally breeding these siberians.
OMG, so sad. My kittens are dead, too, because of FIP, from this breeder Terra Siberians in Waterford. I had no idea. No idea. Why would people be in this kind of business if they let this happen over and over? I haven't contacted the breeder about my kittens dying yet because I read this post, although they were shipped to me and came in pretty sad looking condition. We are so beside ourselves here, and hope other breeders learn from this and no one gives Terra Siberians business anymore. THANK YOU for the warning, whoever contributed to this thread! You might have saved my life, by the sounds of it.
I've gotten two cats from Terra Siberians. Liz has been a God-send for my family. My cats are a year apart. One born in 2014 and the other 2015. They both came healthy and well socialized. I adore them and plan to purchase one more from Liz in the future. Just want to encourage people that there are two sides to every story. I think the amount of people that love their Terra Siberians is so much greater than the few that have had something negative to say. These stories about the kittens dying is so sad. I sympathize with you. That's so sad. I just wanted to say I have had a completely different experience with Terra Siberians and would absolutely recommend them.
