Two kittens died of fip within 5 mos.
Purchased two kittens born 2/2/23 from Terra Siberian from Michigan. Pickup kittens 5/6/23. Paid $1400 together. Both went to vet within 10 days. On 6/12 one kitten was the size of a football and diagnosed with fib after blood work and fluid tested in belly. 2nd kitten showed no signs at that time. 10/26 2nd kitten was lethargic and had a hard belly. Taken...

I was about to enter into an agreement with these Terra Siberians “people” for a kitten and send them a $350 Deposit. CHASE and ZELLE froze the transfer and lit my account up with a FRAUD notification attached to the recipient account. The email addresses they have been using to communicate with me are [protected]@gmail.com and amida.[protected]@gmail.com. The second one is what raised the FRAUD alert with CHASE/ZELLE today and they stopped the transaction, thankfully helping me avoid getting ripped off from these folks. I will be filing a police report for fraud and reporting their URL: www.terrasiberiankittens.com/
Desired outcome: STOP TRYING TO DEFRAUD PEOPLE. I hope I get the police to catch up to you and stop this.

Breeder nightmare
This breeder is a nightmare! First, she lied about having an upcoming litter and when I questioned, she would keep stalling. This went on for 3 months (of course, after I had already put down my deposit). After the litter was born, it took a month until she would send a picture - kept saying she was too busy with her job. Finally got the pictures and chose the kitten I wanted to adopt. I was told that she wouldn't release until 10-12 weeks in age. This would fall into the first week of the year. The week before Christmas, she reached out and said he was ready, trying to push me to pick up sooner. I got her to agree to New Years Eve. She promised that all the necessary shots would be taken care of prior to my arrival. He only received 1 shot (2 days prior to me picking him up - he should have had the 6 week shot and the 9 week shots done).
She kept telling me that the little guy wouldn't eat wet food yet - which seemed very strange to me.?
When I arrived, my little guy was all matted up, dirty, smelly and was missing fur on his neck and his whiskers were cut! I was polite and didn't mention it, trying not to cause a scene. She, then brought out 2 of her other cats and they were FILTHY and terribly MATTED!
This woman does NOT care, at all, about these cats. I wish someone could take them all away from her!
Desired outcome: Having the cats taken away from her!

Deposit not refunded; dishonesty throughout
The summary: The kitten we'd reserved died and the breeder failed to inform us, dodged our messages, and has not yet returned our $300 deposit.
The more detailed version: When we first met the breeder, she offered us the chance to visit the cat we reserved whenever we wanted until we were able to bring it home. When we followed up with her a week later about doing so, we got numerous delay-tactic messages like "let me check my schedule, " "I had x illness but I'll let you know, " "I had y illness but I'll let you know, " "I'm working but I'll let you know, " etc. Finally I wrote about how discouraged we were that we'd sent so many messages without getting a real response and the breeder replied, "are you the ones who reserved the orange cat?" and went on to say that that cat had died "the other night." In other words, she'd withheld this information from us in order to continue holding onto our deposit. Even if you want to try to excuse this as pure disorganization and not actual theft, that's still not okay. I asked for a return of our deposit and have not heard back since. I'm posting here in an attempt to get a response and refund from this breeder.
The deposit was ultimately refunded. I would like to remove my complaint.
2 kittens
I received a beautiful kitten from liz at terra siberian, other then uti and herpes in his eye he was very healthy. Both uti and herpes was treated. After about 6 months my family decided to get him a friend ❤, this is where the nightmare began! The little girl stole my families heart. But sadly she passed at roughly 6 months old from fip. We lost her on christmas eve couple years ago. Devistating my family.. Just a slow horrible way for a kitten to pass. Liz at 1st seemed caring, and gave us a replacement kitten 4 months after. This kitten thank god was extremely healthy. So we thought ok, this was just a fluke. Siberians are so loving you can't help but to have more lol. So a good year later we decided to get 2 more kittens. Yes, that would be 4 total lol but trust me they are so worth it. So we got 2 more. We come home and right away noticed the 1 kitten was limping, liz kept saying he was fine. So we took them to the vet for a check up and come to find out they both were treated for herpes and worms. Also had a xray on our guys leg/hip. Come to find out he was born without a ball to his femur! Meaning his leg is not attached to the hip! Liz had to know something wasnt right. And long story short the other kitten died from fip 2 months later! Stay away from liz. If you get a healthy cat, thank god! But people its not worth the risk. She will even discount kittens knowing they are sick, but convince you they are healthy! Its horrible a human can cause so much hurt to a single family. She shouldn't breed.
Cat breeding
I am going to share my negative experience with Terra Siberians cattery. This is a personal experience that occurred in the summer of 2016. I spent a while researching cat breeds and I decided on a Siberian cat. Terra Siberians is located in Waterford, Michigan. After my research, I decided to get a retired male Siberian cat named Glam from the breeder Liz...

My family adopted a kitten from Terra Siberians, which began displaying signs of illness shortly after adoption and died, traumatizing my child. The owners of this business made inconsistent denial and acceptance of responsibility, and quickly became erratic and threatening. I have waited a long time to post this because I don't want them harassing my...

I am a cat breeder in Northern Ohio, and received five calls in the past seven months from people who had very sad, horrific stories about receiving dead, dying, flea-ridden, diarrhea-covered, or otherwise completely unhealthy kittens from Terra Siberians, a backyard breeder located in the state of Michigan. If you have managed to get a healthy cat from them, you are an absolute minority. This has become my personal mission as a breeder to protect people who have called me and asked for my advice on dealing with sociopaths posing as cat breeders. One woman in Texas, for instance, received her kitten (it was shipped) dead. Absolutely dead. I've been following the posts on here for over a year, quietly, and attempting to gather information. It looks like they have at least three or four people they are threatening now -- and so it's high time someone who stands up for ethical cat breeding and TICA standards steps in and blows the whistle. These people who've adopted sick cats, one of whom paid $1400 for one, have called my business line or joined my pet loss support group and it's just happened too many times to not call this out. Contact any cat breeder, especially Siberian breeders, in the midwest and they will tell you about Terra Siberians' reputation. Please don't only take my word for it; call around to breeders and you'll see they have all received the sad calls I have from people in tears, trying to figure out what went wrong. I invite you to do your research before you buy, including the ads on this page. I know it is a complaint board, but these are real people and they've cried to me on the phone -- I can vouch for them. Call or email any other Siberian breeder around this region of Ohio-Michigan and learn more yourself.

I've gotten two cats from Terra Siberians. Liz has been a God-send for my family. My cats are a year apart. One born in 2014 and the other 2015. They both came healthy and well socialized. I adore them and plan to purchase one more from Liz in the future. Just want to encourage people that there are two sides to every story. I think the amount of people that love their Terra Siberians is so much greater than the few that have had something negative to say.
My cats are completely healthy. This year will be 3 years since we've had Kitasha. She's never been sick. Of course we've had the occasional hairball ;) Good luck in your search for a Siberian. They are THE BEST! And good for you for doing your research! A lot of people don't. Happy hunting! Oh, and before I go, just wanted to point out that Terra Siberians has been in operation for a decade and there is a handful of complaints on the forum. Know that this is a minority. There are hundreds of happy, healthy, Terra Siberians out there. To each his/her own. Excited for you to join the Siberian cat club. We definitely have the coolest cats around. 😎😻
Liz Hart of Terra Siberians, this is not my post and I have NEVER signed onto these complaint boards as anyone other than myself. I have never even seen Alice in Wonderland and would never have even known who Alice Kingsley is. Like I've said before...I have proof of all my complaints about u and nothing is twisted or untruthful. NOT my problem u have others that are unhappy. I have posted my name on all my posts about u. I just happened to be one person that is not intimidated by u or your husbands threats and used my real name. Not that u haven't taken personal info given to u in clients contracts to expose others. The only bully is your husband, Harry Hart, who has threatened me via email to apologize for my complaint. This is a complaint board used to warn others which I did because u refused to handle things privately and refund my money. Once again, more untrue accusations about me but no answers to the questions I have asked u about your breeding practices. Lets keep to the point, your kittens. Take me to court, I have proof of everything I have said on these boards or anywhere else. U are just upset u can't answer my questions, instead just want to post accusations about me. Cyber stalking, I've looked up some of those cases, people who have hacked accts and posted explicit pictures. Now its cyber bullying, threatening unwanted texts ECT, . Only threats have been from your husband, Harry Hart. Slander, defamation of character, only if my comments or accusations are untrue and they are not. U are the one doing that to me. I didn't even know this was posted until u brought my attention to it. Why would I pose as a breeder after I have posted u accused me of trying to breed the kitten I purchased from u. I was just going to ignore u at this point since all u do is post lies and rubbish. Maybe instead I will just copy and past all my proof on the boards so all your accusations stop. More of my time u are wasting. Where is all the proof of your accusations? When are u going to stop bulling me? Please stop Liz this is getting ridiculous...in my opinion and experience.
Liz hart, harry hart - cat breeder threatened my personal safety
I received a sick kitten from Terra Siberians. I handled it diplomatically, despite how horrific the experience was for us (the kitten had FIP). I have since received threats to my personal safety from Harry Hart, saying he is going to release my address to people online via a CraigsList personal ad, inviting attackers to my home. I have had to file a...

These monsters who steal people's business info & products do, unfortunately, exist! Years ago, while I was breeding Siberians, it happened to me! It is traumatizing for the authentic breeder!
