I hired [protected], president of Chris Terry Construction in Denver, CO for a remodel. Everything was good up front. Communication and project go ahead. Now, two weeks after a delay in the job, with my $20, 000 deposit and a mangled inside of my house, he is nowhere to be found. He has not responded to repeated attempts via text, email, voicemail asking him to call me. He has never once supplied a detailed bidding of prices, nor a detailed list of costs to this point. He also did not file the proper permits needed for the job or show me the his proof of contractors insurance and workers comp. he also misled me on his Hawaii endeavor. Saying he flew to other places to do work. And that he had a job in Hawaii that was settled. He never said that his license was revoked in Hawaii for 5 years on 9/19/14. He also said he has a contracting job for the military - and has the highest level of security clearance as a civilian because if that.

We know this scammer from Honolulu. Can't say enough things about this scam artist dishonest ###. He is a pathological liar and has ripped us off royal. At the time, also acted very single when involved with Nancy his eventual wife. Can't trust him.

He can't be trusted with women or business matters. Most dishonest person we have ever met. PLEASE CHECK HAWAII REFS AND DO LEGITIMATE HOMEWORK, NOT JUST PEOPLE HE SAYS WERE HIS CLIENTS, BECAUSE HE IS THE ULTIMATE WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING. DO NOT TAKE OUR WORD BUT CHECK FOR YOURSELF. DO NOT WANT TO SEE PEOPLE TOTALY RIPPED OFF AND LEFT IN THE LURCH, IN MORE WAYS THAN YOU COULD IMAGINE, AS WE HAVE BEEN. HE COULD ONLY RUN SO FAR. LICENSE WAS REVOKED IN HONOLULU, HAWAII.
