Oh gosh. Glad he hasn't been able to scam anyone there. We are from hawaii, had property there and christopher terry pathetically tried bribing money out of us before incrementally doing work. Also tried getting investment money out of us to invest on one of the neighbor islands. Do not know what is wrong with the man but it is like a disease that he work was poor, he cracked my expensive kitchen sink to which we still have photos and the sink for proof, this man is a manace of a beast. We had to call the television station to do a story on him so that others do not get scammed. Our experience was awful. He also uses his then girlfriend nancy, a realtor, to write positive reviews about him. Shady person.
