Tester Buddy review: Payed and paid but now waiting almost a month. 1

I found Testerbuddy on the App Store back in October. Figured I’d download it and tinker with it in my free time. Cool, get it downloaded and set up. Immediately download dice dreams which I loved btw! I had an offer to make it to level 151 for $200. Man I played til I couldn’t see straight. Took me almost a month but I did it. Requested cash out and had it in 5 minutes! Man I was stoked. So now I’ve become a Testerbuddy buddy addict always working on my games while I had downtime at work or after the house went quiet at night. I made $236 that I had successfully. Each cash out took longer and longer. So I’d been really pushing to get to level 500 on mahjong for $100.72 right before Christmas so I had a little cushion. I’d initially requested $50 and it sat for several hours before I went to bed. I got up the next morning with no change. Figured they were just experiencing a delay as I’d seen it promoted on fb pretty regularly. Then I start seeing these posts of people who SIGNED UP after I had completed my previous offer were being paid. I immediately go to the app and try locating some kind of customer service info. Only thing they have listed is their email. [protected]@testerbuddy.com. I’ve emailed 12-18, 12-20, 12-21, 12-30, 1- 4 & then again today.. no response except a generic email that tells you the most common issues & payouts can take up to 48 hours. I’m STILL waiting for a response, an apology, my money or all 3. Overall I’ve been waiting 28 days for something that was not supposed to take longer then 48 hours.
