Saving you from having a miserable experience like I had. I ordered the Bourne 4K limited edition collection (with the backpack) weeks ago. It finally shipped out December 13th via USPS (already a red flag but whatever). It was then stuck in transit for 5 DAYS from December 20th-December 25th in the city I live. No attempt to make delivery. And USPS comes here all the time with no issues. Then as if it couldn’t get any worse, the item was shipped back today to GRUV. I finally got ahold of GRUV and told them the situation. They said the item is out of stock and can’t be shipped even though the item I PAID FOR and was supposed to be delivered to me was sent back without my knowledge or consent. They are unwilling to ship me the item I already purchased. What a joke of a company. I have never had a problem like this with Amazon or even EBay. They try to pull you in with these “amazing deals” but the terrible shipping and mediocre customer service is not worth saving any type of $. I’d rather pay a little more and go through a more reputable company than go through this experience with GRUV again.

Gruv is a pretty good website for buying movies. They got some really good deals and you can use discount codes to make it even cheaper. And the best part is that they don't charge you for shipping. I've bought stuff from them six times already and I haven't had any problems yet.

I gotta say, I've had a couple of run-ins with Gruv and it hasn't been smooth sailing. I was really excited to pre-order a product back in May 2022, and the product page said that I'd get it delivered on the release day. I don't usually pre-order stuff, but the 20% discount and free shipping were too good to pass up. However, when the release date of June 28 rolled around, my package was still nowhere to be seen. It wasn't until July 6 or later that it was finally picked up by the post office. Talk about inconvenient!

But that's not even the worst part. What really grinds my gears is that I was told one thing in order to make a sale, and it turned out to be completely untrue. I mean, come on, Gruv! Don't promise something you can't deliver. It's just not cool.

To make matters worse, I also had an issue with another order I placed with them on Ebay. They were running a special, but it wasn't exactly clear what the deal was. Long story short, I ended up paying more than I intended to, and now I have to return the item. Ugh.

Overall, my experience with Gruv has been less than stellar. I'm not sure if I'll use them again in the future. It's a shame, really, because I was hoping for better.
