I recently visited DEFY Extreme Air Sports Trampoline Park and had an absolute blast! The energy in the park was contagious, and I felt like a kid again as I jumped, flipped, and spun around. The staff was friendly and ensured everyone's safety while still allowing us to push our limits. It was a fantastic way to get some exercise while having a ton of fun. I can't wait to go back and defy gravity once more!

Trying to contact this company to see if you can get back the old channel you were watching instead of this stupid leftist crap that script puts on as news and think people believe it and you can't get through to nobody I mean what a ignorant bunch of buffoons I've never seen such [censored]s in my entire life it's unbelievable how people like this stay in business unless they're criminals

My account got frozen in April 2022. They sent me an email saying it's back on and they'll charge me $26.50 on 5/31. But they charged me on 5/28, 3 days early. I tried to pause it again online but it didn't work. I asked for a refund but they didn't give it to me. I talked to the manager and they asked for a refund for me. But I still didn't get it. They keep saying my membership was active from 5/28-6/27 even though I told them to pause it. We didn't use it and we deserve a refund. They keep asking why I want a refund on an active membership. I sent them proof that they charged me early multiple times but they still won't give me my money back.

We got a year-long membership for my daughter and were told that my 2-year-old son could come in for free until he turned 3. We asked the person who sold us the membership and they said that was right. We went a couple of times with no problems, but then a manager said we had to buy another ticket or membership for my son or pay for an adult to come with us. We said that wasn't what we were told before and we didn't have any problems before. She said the person who sold us the membership didn't know the policy and we should have bought two memberships. If we knew that, we would have bought two 30-day passes instead of a year-long membership. She said she could sell us another membership, but couldn't give us our money back. I didn't want to pay more, so she said she would send my complaint to customer care, but they haven't contacted me yet. Maybe they need better training or maybe they're trying to trick people. Either way, it's not fair to suddenly change the policy and charge us more than what we were told before.
