Texas Department of Health and Human Services review: Every time I call, I get hung up on!

I've been out of work since early this year, and my unemployment has run out and I have no savings to live off of. I applied for snap and tanf two months before my unemployment ran out, hoping to get some rent help so I don't have to go homeless.

I never heard from anyone about my applications for a month. Then I called, and had to go through a lot of automated phone bs to get to a live person... Who hung up on me when I started talking to her!

So I called again. It takes like ten minutes to get thru their [censored] phone system to get a live person to talk to. When I finally got to another live person and started talking to them, I got hung up on again!

This has happened about 20 or more times now! Every time I call in I get hung up on!

And these pos's never call me back!

I filed a complaint with the ombudsman about this, and apparenlty they are effing retards as all I got in response was information that has absolutely nothing to do with my complaint!

I finally got the head office of the head person of the tx dept of hhs, cecile young, [protected], and left a message on her office voice mail. No response!

Unprofessional, cowardly, unethical, irresponsible, and corrupt!

No wonder there's so many homeless people! These pos steal our tax dollars, live the high life, and fu*k the rest of us!

Desired outcome: Would love to see them all in prison!
