The customer service is horrible. I had to wait on hold for 34 minutes. when i finally got through to somebody the were talking so fast and made it seem like they were rushing me off the phone. they didnt give me the answers that i wanted and never gave me proff of what i wanted either. The rep name that i spooke with was Jasmine Fleming. Its seems like she is in too big of a hurry to care about anything. I will never do business with this company again.

I agree. Bad customer service and nothing ever gets resolved there! I have spoken to several reps there including a "Jasmine Fleming". i have requested statements, invoices and contracts by fax and email but never received them. it seems like they dont care about the customer.

I spoke to Jasmine Fleming about a week ago and asked to receive some information for my account. I requested that an invoice be faxed and/or emailed to me so that I could have proff of my bill and pay this thing off. She assured me that I would receive the info within the hour. It has been a week and i still haven't received what I requested. I'm tired of being put on hold and having to wait on the line for more than 20 minutes at a time. I have done business with this company for 5 years and never have I had to go through this before. I'm seriously thinking about cancelling any further advertising with them due to the lack of customer service and respect for the customers.

im so glad i found this page, my bf is considering employment with this company, i have a feeling this might change his mind!
You know the Berry Company has been in business for more than 100 years, has a presence in 43 states, and publishes over 3M directories annually. Any company that size is going to have it's share of complaints and bad employees. I think it's actually rather impressive that they have actively sought out your Internet complaints, responded in a professional manner, and offered to discuss resolution of any issues. If you write complaints online rather than addressing them with the actual company you have a grievance with it makes it appear that your complaint isn't valid. Why don't you try contacting their cusomter service dept? I know that they've gone to great lengths to handle any/all complaints, have a history of refunding any disputed charges, and even provide additional credits above the disputed amount to resolve claims amenably and ensure customer satisfaction.

Try to resolve a complaint with the Berry Co. and you will get the run-around. They falsely charged us even after the business was not in business anymore. They do not go to great lengths to resolve anything. One complaint got fixed and then a year later they charged us again without getting permission to publish anything. They are a BAD company and I will personally tell everyone I know about it. I finally sent a complaint to the BBB.
