I booked a haircut and color with The Blow Co. Salon online for 11/13 at 4pm. They charged me $40 on 11/3. But on 11/13 at 2:15pm, the owner called me to cancel due to a stylist's family emergency. She said she'd call me back to reschedule. I waited until 5:30pm before calling them for a refund. They said it'd take *** hours to hit my account. I called again on Tuesday, but they told me to wait another day and call after 5pm. I called on Friday after 5pm, but still no refund or call. I want my $40 back since they cancelled on me.

However, the owner kept charging my card $99 monthly for 10 months (7/21-4/22) totaling $990. After discussing with the owner and the billing company, only $99 was refunded. Despite cancellation, I was still billed and the owner was unresponsive to resolving the issue. My credit card company reversed $396 of the charges.
