The CE Shop review: The unfortunate lesson of selecting an unsuitable ceshop and enrolling in a real estate salesperson course.

I purchased CEShop's Real Estate Salesperson course in December 2022, primarily because the website clearly stated that there is no time limit and refunds are available at any time. This policy was in effect for at least a year. As an individual for whom English is a second language, I found the course's no-time-limit policy to be ideal, allowing me ample time to learn. I contacted customer service to confirm this, and they confirmed that there was no time limit.In November 2023, I had completed 80% of the course and contacted customer service again to purchase the AZ Salesperson Exam Prep Edge. I began preparing for the exam after I had finished studying and reviewing, and then took the exam. However, upon opening the course again, I was taken aback to find that all my completed courses had been erased. The course content was completely blank, and I was forced to start from the beginning. I was perplexed by this occurrence and experienced significant frustration. I reached out to customer service multiple times to request assistance in retrieving my completed courses. Unfortunately, customer service informed me that they had been erased and could not be recovered. I inquired about the reason for clearing my course. The customer service representative stated that the courses are intended to be re-purchased and re-taken on an annual basis. I was taken aback by this information, as it was not communicated to me prior to the completion of the course. Furthermore, I was informed that the course had been cleared, and I was sold the AZ Salesperson Exam Prep Edge, which is required after the course is completed. This has led to significant inconvenience and financial loss. Furthermore, In 2024, the course I had purchased was closed, and I was required to repurchase it to continue my studies. I informed them that the course I had purchased was not time-limited, and they responded by requesting a screenshot of the webpage from the time I had purchased it. They stated that if I could provide this screenshot, they would issue a refund or allow me to continue studying at no cost. I find this response to be concerning, as it raises questions about their commitment to their own credibility and sense of humanity. It is disconcerting to consider the significant time and resources that have been invested in this matter, and the potential repercussions of such actions.
