I bought a real estate course from CE Shop in late 2022. When I bought the course, the CE shop home page said there was: 1. no time limit. 2. You can return it at any time. I bought the course. After purchasing the course, I found the following problems:
1. The course often cannot be opened, the learning process is often interrupted, and I cannot log in to the site. I have called or used the chat tool to seek help, but there is no solution. The site is in maintenance, so I have to wait. Sometimes I can log in after a few days, but sometimes it takes more than half a month. It often doesn't work. This has made it hard for me to study. I wasn't told if the veb site was fixed.
2. I called and bought AZ Salesperson Exam Prep Edge after I finished 80% of the course and want started studying for the exam. After I paid, I found out that I couldn't use AZ Salesperson Exam Prep Edge until I finished it. And my completed courses had been erased. What's going on? Why? Who did? Why did I buy this? This is frustrating.
3. I had to re-study. In October. The site wasn't working, so I called for help. until November, I can logged in, but they closed my course soon. They said it had expired and I needed to repurchase it. The course No expire date. I bought the course only because this. English is not my first language, so I knew I would have to study for a long time.
I called, but they denied the facts, didn't answer, and refused any help They're wasting other people's time, which is unethical and irresponsible. It's cheating. I have no choice but to come here for help.
Desired outcome: I expectation a free extension, or a refund. to be able to purchase the course again.

If you haven't already, feel free to file an official complaint with their customer service department or management and remind them of the no time limit and the refund promise they made. It may also be beneficial to reach out to your local consumer affairs agency for more help in the event the business is still unresponsive. Making a review on review websites and even on social media may also help raise awareness and pressure them to address the issues at hand.

Thank you so much for your help! I also specifically asked with the CE Shop sales person when I purchased it if it was unlimited? Is it possible to return it at any time, and stated that I did not intend to return it at any time, but just wanted to have enough time to study, and I purchased it after getting an affirmative answer, but what they did later is undoubtedly cheating, which is so infuriating! I had a hard time completing 80% of the course, but they deleted it all without any explanation, and sold me AZ Salesperson Exam Prep Edge while deleting my completed course, which is only used after completing the course, what kind of operation is this?
