I ordered the Electric Hand Massager on 24th Feb 22, from an advert on Facebook.
Money taken from my a/c 26th Feb 22.
Received an email from them stating it was being prepared for shipment.
Since then I've emailed them & opened chats on Mesenger but have received no replies.
The only one they sent was to say they only use Messenger in Office hours - but I had used those hours.
Has anyone had dealings with this Company & if so should I
a) Await a delivery
b) Try for a Refund
3) Put this down to experience & write it off?
Any help would be gratefully received.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response.I would ideally apprectiate the Massager.Failing all else - a refund.
