Grout Medic did a fantastic job from start to finish. Very fair pricing but most importantly, the technician who worked on our project, John, did an absolutely fantastic job. The shower looks brand new. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was able to get a quote and the work completed quickly. Dylan did the work. He was professional, courteous and did an excellent job replacing grout and caulk. He arrived on time, wore a mask and cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend.

The entire process from scheduling the estimate appointment with Ron to the workmanship and professionalism of Dylan was top notch! The tile/grout/glass in our shower looked better than new when Dylan finished.We have used Grout Medic for several years and will continue for years to come!

I had work done on a shelf top and in my shower downstairs. The work consisted of grouting and caulking. I was very pleased with the person sent to do the work and the craftsmanship needed to complete the job. I will in the future use The Grout Medic again when it will be needed.

I have used The Grout Medic of West/Southwest Chicagoland before for my shower. This was an enclosed porch with large tile that needed partially regrouted and cleaned. The technician was so professional and explained everything he was going to do. He was able to use a grout color that matched very well and my porch looks like new! I will definitely use The Grout Medic of West/Southwest Chicagoland again!

Had The Grout Medic clean grout and recaulk in 3 rooms. The owner came out to review and provide my estimate and right away I was very comfortable with him and his knowledge as to what needed to be done (plus he didn't try to oversell anything either). The technician did a great job and was pleasant to work with. I had questions, he answered; I wasn't sure which color caulk to choose, he showed me what each option looked like on the wall where I needed it. He was patient, helpful, professional and cleaned everything up nicely. I would recommend using The Grout Medic to anyone needing grout and caulk work done.

Grout Medic did a great job on my kitchen floor and in my bathroom (shower, floor, and tub casing). Fair pricing, good workers, and nice cleanup. I would highly recommend for any grout job.

From the estimate to the workmanship, everything was done perfectly, efficiently and expertly. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant. One extra bonus that was a pleasant surprise was that the workers clean up after themselves! That was a treat!

Dylan professionally cleaned our marble shower and did an excellent job. He was on time, courteous, professional. Our shower had mold in the grout and caulk. Dylan worked 4 hours and the result was amazing. The shower looked brand new! This was the first professional cleaning in the 10 years since it was installed. Well worth the cost of service. We highly recommend.
