I bought a pair of puma two weeks was enough the shoe started to open on the side I went to the store to complain I was told to bring the shoe in... True I did after one day I was called to come and collect a new pair I did and after receiving the new pair a month was tooo much it started to open again I went and complaint about the shoes I even left them in the store month of may when I went ask how far is my case I was told the lady who works with complaint in head office shes on leave... Like really? So I must wait for someone come back for the shoes that I paid with my hard earned cash... Im very dissapointed by the service and I belive that im your regular customer so this means im not going to buy in your store anymore...
Desired outcome: IF POSSIBLE I JUST WISH TO GET MY MONEY BACK ILL SEE WHERE CAN I BUY SHOES AT....
