For the past three days, I have been asking the rental office to come and fix the heating in my townhouse. I have called and left numerous messages and submitted a work order for maintenance. When the morning worker passed the other day he called while I was standing there and told them that I needed my heating fixed in my place and no one still has came. upon calling the office today after already going up there this morning. My unit still is without heat and it is below 60°. This is unacceptable because the office always has excuses of why they can’t fix anything upon being asked and earlier in the year I also stated that the floor in my unit is coming up and needed to be fixed. The maintenance man came to take pictures, and yet months have went by and the floor downstairs has still not been repaired. This community needs to be managed by a better company. Since I have been here there has been at least three or four companies to manage this place and they all have been terrible. I even had to go to the store to buy portable heaters just to keep my child warm which should be reimbursed given that it cost $1500 a month for rent to live here!
Desired outcome: I want the heat in my unit repaired immediately and a discount on my rent since my maintenance request has been ignored and I’ve had to by a heating unit.
