The Inn review: False advertising and overcharging

I rented a condo at The Inn At St Thomas sq in Panama City, Florida. The room listed it had tv, cable, dvd player and wifi. It had none of these ammenities. I had room rented for 4 days, cancelled reservation after1 day and went somewhere else. I done everything booking.com told me to get a refund. They only refunded me 89. I paid 796 for room, so they charged me 700 for one noght. If they hadnt false advertised, I would have never booked a room with no tv, cable, dvd, or wifi. Booking.com assured me I would get refund. I have called and messaged for over a week now with no results.
