BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DECEPTIVE COMPANY! I cannot even give this company or these slides one star but had to in order to leave a review. I purchased 7 pair of cloud slides for a bride and her bridesmaids. The original cloud company has the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. It took me 3 texts and 2 emails before I got any type of response. The sizing chart is not correct and when I requested to return or to at least exchange them they refused, stating because they were on sale they couldn't be returned or exchanged. WARNING...THEY ARE ALWAYS ON SALE! So, buyer beware, Why wouldn't a company want to work with customers to exchange for a smaller size? Horrible customer service and I will definitely let my friends and family know not to order from this company! Also, to review this product know that these cloud slides are not comfortable, have no cushion, and are at least 2 sizes too big! Order from Amazon instead!
I'm disappointed with my purchase experience
I'm disappointed with my purchase experience. My review is not like the other one. I placed an order for 4 pairs. It took forever, the chat attached to site doesn't work, I tried. I emailed them and it took several days for a response which was to check the tracking number. The tracking number showed my shoes were still not shipped after 2 weeks. I emailed back again, was told the shipping department would send updates and a surprise gift. Needless to say, nothing happened. I finally got the slides and they were all one size. I ordered from their website 2 different sizes. I can only use 2 pairs of them. This was a horrible experience for me. I'm still waiting on a response about the sizes now. If they think I'm going to chance sending them back, they're crazy. They might claim they have been lost so I have no slides and they have my money too. I will never order from them again! The entire experience I regret, thinking for Christmas I was ordering 15 pairs, no way! They have lost all my respect as a reliable and trusted company. I'm sure they couldn't care less about what I say because of my dealings with them.

Placed my order on 12.2.22 and immediately got a confirmation email indicating I would be notified when the product shipped. I didn't hear anything for 10 days, so I went in to to "track" my order. Regardless of the information I put in (email and order number or tracking number) the response was the same "could not find order". As a result, I text the company on 12.2.22 (their preferred method) at *** - no response. On 12.13.22, I emailed them (as they suggested on the bottom of their confirmation email) - no response. Last ditch effort, on 12.14.22 I called and left a voicemail (as they encouraged) at the same phone number above. Outgoing message said I would hear back from someone within 24 hours - you guessed it, no response. All I want to know is if I'm getting this item before Christmas (it's a gift). If not, then I will purchase it elsewhere and work through the Complaintsboard.com and my credit card company to get a full refund. My order number is ***. Don

On Aug. 3, I received an email stating the following: Due to an increase in demand, we ran out of stock and had to produce more Cloud Slides at our new international warehouse hence the delay,we apologize for that. We just wanted to confirm with you if you would want us to proceed with the shipment since it will be at your doorstep next week on Friday, August 12th, 2022, or if you would want a refund if you can't wait till then.I responded on Aug. 5 that I wanted a refund and ordered them from another company.Aug. 12 - no shoes, no refund. Aug. 19 - I sent another email on following up on the refund. I received a response that they were contacting the shipping department to locate my tracking. I again stated that I had requested a refund. Aug. 27 - no response, no shoes, and no refund. Getting quite frustrated, I sent another email stating that I had not received a response and a credit had not been made to my credit card.Shoes arrived on Aug. 30. Without opening the package, I sent an email stating that they had arrived. I asked how they wanted them returned and I still wanted a refund. Their response: I am really sorry to inform you we are running a summer sale the items purchased were listed as 50% off and therefore does not qualify for a return, Our return policy is listed on our website prior to purchase and is available to anyone visiting our website.For more information please see our return policy under Exceptions/ and Non-Returnable Items,We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and we can offer $10 off your next order with the code SUMMERISHERE What?!?! On 6/30/2023, I placed an order for (2) pairs of slides. One for my wife and one for myself. Used my Credit Card and printed a copy of my order. It said I would be notified when order was being shipped. (Shipping Method Standard 3-5 business days.) On July 9th I tried to call the company’s
ph# [protected] San Juan Capistrano California and got an answering machine with a message their experiencing overwhelming calls to hang up and text or email the company, mailbox is full. Found another ph# [protected] Las Vegas same senerio. Email company and finally on 7/10/23 a Jennifer responded requesting a screen shot of my bank account order. I send copy’s if the Conformation and Order #. Also a screen shot where they took money from my Visa. Today is 7/12/23 and still no response. I Google Earthed their business address and it’s a multi family residence. Gave her my Ph# and told her I expect a phone call. I think their a SCAM.
Desired outcome: Either call me and Expedite my order or refund my money expeditiously.
They literally just did the same thing to me! "Jennifer" wanted a screenshot of my bank statement and told me I didn't order through them, I ordered from a different company, all in broken english, and they're refusing to refund my money! I am considering getting the police involved

I ordered a pair and received them on 6/12/2023. They literally are hard plastic and I’ve tried numerous times to call,email,text no response whatsoever! I want to return them and get my money back! This is absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I called again today and now the recording hangs up on you!

I ordered 4 pairs of sandals on June 24th. I have not received my order.
On June 24th, I ordered four pairs of sandals. I received a confirmation email and given an order number. My order number is 37203. My credit card was charged. I have emailed and used their "contact us" messaging system. I have not received any response, any tracking number, nothing. I also tried to track the status of my order on their website with my order number on their website and it says the order does not exist.
Desired outcome: My order ASAP or a refund.
I also entered my order number in on their website and it told me my order didn't exist. This company is a scam.
Order #36742 Two pair of slides
I ordered these slides on 6/19/23. I received a confirmation email but have not heard anything since. I emailed them twice (6/30 & 7/2), no response. I went to their website and tried to use their tracking system. I put in my order # and my email address as requested. The message back stated incorrect email. It was correct and the only one I have. My credit card shows the charge of $40.98 cleared on 6/20/23. Their website also suggests using Shop app to track orders, so I did. The ordered was there initially indicating 3-5 days shipping time. Now the order has disappeared from their app.
Desired outcome: I believe this company is a fraud and I want my money refunded promptly.
No tracking or order status update
I placed an order on 6/21 with a promise of 3-5 buisiness day shipping. That time period has since came and went without any contact from the company whatsoever. I've attempted to email them twice for any sort of update, to no avail. I'm starting to get spooked here, it seems the company just sort of ghosts you after the order is placed, with no updates for delays or any sort of acknowledgement that its ever gonna come. I would've been content with delays had they communicated it at all to me, but alas. On the off chance this gets seen, my order number is #36888 and I'd really like to know where my order is. I was excited to receive these and now I'm kind of nervous.

Yeah, I've seen a few complaints supposedly get resolved by them on here, but I myself have yet to hear back from them. I'm probably just gonna dispute the charge with my bank at this rate honestly. If they are legit, they have terrible customer service.

This company is a total SCAM! I am reading all of the complaints and the companies responses. Their responses are all generic and fraudulent. When the customer complains they haven't received the product, they respond with "you received two pairs of slides during a 50% off sale so you are not eligible for a return" even though the product they received didn't fit or because the product was defective.

I purchased two pairs of slides on the website on 11/17/22. The money was taken out of my account immediately and nothing else has happened. No slides, no tracking, no shipment, nothing. These were supposed to be received within 3-5 days from purchase according to the website and it has been two and a half weeks with NO communication. I have tried the online chat, I have called the number on my bank transaction at least 10 times with no answer, and no response to my emails either. Granted I only ordered them a few days ago, i have sent numerous emails and numerous text messages as prompted in their webpage just to find out if they would arrive by Christmas. I have gotten ZERO response, nothing. Not one email, text, nothing but the money was taken out of my bank account. I understand I just ordered recently but a response to my messages would have been appreciated. The entire online purchase transaction is unlike any I've experienced and there are too many phishy things. When I called the phone number for the company I was told to leave a voicemail however the voicemail box is full. I emailed 2x to inquire about the shipping status with no response however when I emailed about a refund, I heard back within 1 business day stating my order wasn't eligible for a refund. Now I'm out money with no product... Very frustrated.

When I click the link provided in the order confirmation e-mail to track the order, it says things are still "preparing to ship". When I try tracking via the provided tracking/order numbers, using their main website, it says order not found. I have e-mailed the business multiple times, tried their live chat function, contacted the phone number listed, and still I have received no response. I am concerned about fraud at this point given they have taken my money but have been unreachable by any form of contact attempted, and despite clear evidence of my order their website now does not acknowledge I ever placed an order to begin with.
