The Original Cloud Slide review: Cloud slides

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They have no return policy. Very frustrating experience. They do not honor their own return/exchange policy as stated on their website. They keep insisting that the slides I was trying to exchange is used already. I’ve advised a Jennifer M. that it was never used because slides were very tight and rock hard. Now my son is stuck with slides he can’t wear. Don't trust this company. I sent them a detailed e-mail of the process I did and still won’t exchange and still insists that one of the slippers are already used.

We got the package. Tried them on.

They were really hard per my kids.

I soaked them for 20 mins.

Dried the slippers with paper towel.

They tried the slippers back on.

(BLACK) My son said the slippers felt tight and was very uncomfortable to wear.

(WHITE) My daughter said it’s a bit smaller although she wears a size 8.5 - she might need a size 9.5.

After that, I immediately sent the e-mail.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! Total waste of time and energy to get matters resolved.
