The Ticket Factory UK review: No tickets, no refund, no reply

I purchased 2 tickets for Machinegun Kelly’s Mainstream Sellout Tour, at the Utilita Arena Birmingham on the 4th October 2022. The money as left my bank account, so they’re paid for. But, I can’t access my account on your site through my email account.

Buying the tickets were rushed by my over excited daughter and was done on a different lap-top to normal.

I just would like to know the status of the tickets and how to get them. You can't contact anyone and when I do, I get send all over and no one helps, then passes the buck.

The purchase was completed on the 25th March 2022 for the amount of £91.35.

This is a lot of money for Ticket Factory to just take. Looking at Trustpilot, I'm far from the only one. No else seems to be getting any help, refunds or dialog.
