To: William Lewis,

I need your help immediately! No one in the Washington Post's customer service department can help me with a simple newspaper subscription that stopped last month. (My wife and I did not stop it. Did the Washington cut us?)

I have been on two long calls with the Washington Post's customer service today and they cannot help us. I have wasted two hours on the phone. We are being blamed for canceling our online paper and WE DID NOT CANCEL IT!

This could have been worked out in five minutes.

PLEASE HELP US BY DIRECTING THIS MESSAGE TO SOMEONE WHO CAN MAKE A DECISION!

Thank you,

Steve Karges
