I ordered only one coin from them, it was paid and that's it. I never agreed to any subscription but they kept sending coin I have never ordered and asking money for it. I sent an email telling them I have never ordered these things as they are not showing on the order history they never answered to me. Then I checked online and cancelled anything and deleted my bank card details just in case because they are showing they are scammer.
They send an email asking money for an amount that has never showed on the order history, it just appeared many days later. I am going to send back what they sent, they can send me threatening letters about debt collectors I have been targeted by scammers before, their letters will go straight to the bin.
Desired outcome: to leave me alone, stop sending things I have never bought and asking money for it.
A collection of coins and a folder to put the coins in
A friend bought me a surprise present of a decorative coin with a robin (because I am a fan of Batman) anyway the coin was payed for and it was sent and arrived fine.
But then the company sneaked a subscription on to my friends account and despite not my friend not paying to keep the subscription going a load more coins got sent to my friend without asking (and the subscription was not updated) so my friend did not buy these coins or the folder. Unsolicited goods!
My friend’s financial situation is that it’s a against the law be sent items that were not paid for. After threatening letters started appearing I even tried sending the items back to the company only for the parcel to be returned to me because nobody would accept it.
Now they are send threatening letters of debt collectors for a crime they committed. 1 coin is all that wanted but the folder full of coins? No! My friend never ordered them or updated the subscription so they should never have sent the items. FACE IT WESTMINSTER ITS YOUR PROBLEM! COME AND THE COINS IF YOU WONT ACCEPT MY PARCEL of Returned items
Desired outcome: Just leave us alone and stop gaslighting us Westminster. And stop sending coins that nobody ordered or paid for.
Attempted Fraud!
Ordered a 1 off off coin only to find out that automatically signed me up to a subscription. So I called yesterday and spoke to customer services that assured me the subscription was now cancelled and no payment would be taken without my authorisation. Guess what, payment was attempted last night.
This is fraud, and I want a resoltution asap or I will be taking this further!
Desired outcome: Apology in writing for lying about trying to take payment, my account and all my data deleted and compensation for the stress and anxiety caused on my mental health!
Water off a duck's back for them. They take no notice of what you say, tell bare-faced lies and always make out it is your fault. CON ARTISTS.

However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- While The Westminster Collection has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 0% of 10 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
- The Westminster Collection protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
unordered coins
Purchased 1 x coin from friends collection at a special price though an advert on Facebook. Had another 5 sent to me with folder and I was in a subscription. I packaged it back up and went to send but post office won't accept Freepost. I contacted Westminster who just said to send it again through freepost. They have since added a £30 admin fee and are now threatening debt collectors.
Desired outcome: For them to take the product back and stop contacting me.
Returned coins
I returned your coin and I do not want any more. Stop sending me threatening letters and trying to scam me for money.
Desired outcome: Leave me alone.
Unsolicited goods
I made an order for a coil back in May and a month later they send me another coin out of a collection and ask for money. They claim that the collection was activated when I made the order but this was not obvious at the time of purchase and doesn't show on their website when looking for it. I have since found numerous reports of them doing this, people returning the item and them saying they never got it and threatening for money.
What's the best way to get out of this?
How do you return the item without risking getting trapped into a scandal that may result with you in court?
coins
This started with my dad passing away on jan 2019
Acording to westminster my dad owes £125 for some coins he had I phoned to cancel his subscription then they keep bugging me for payments they wanted coins back from march last year to cover the cost which I dont have or £125 to close his acount so I at to pay for the items which I donot have so I payed out of my own money to clear the dept which this should off been sqashed by the company I think this absolutley disgusting
Of westminster now hi am out off £125 for nothing shame on you
limited edition ian lavender signed dad's army stamps
The worst customer service I ever received! Ordered the Ian Lavender signed Dad's Army stamps for my Dad's birthday. The order went through without an issue and I waited in anticipation for the delivery, a little after my Dad's birthday but that couldn't be helped. on the day of release, I received an email saying "Unfortunately, we do not currently have this item in stock!" I telephoned customer service and was told this is common as they are often over subscribed, when I asked why the computer ordering didn't just allocate what they had for sale, they didn't know why but sometimes people return them and I was quite high on the list waiting for a return! I'd told my Dad on his birthday it was ordered and coming but now had to tell him I had no idea if it was coming or not, we were disappointed. on the 27th July, I received an email saying it had been dispatched and was on it's way! I phoned my Dad and he was over the moon, however, this morning another email saying "We are pleased to confirm safe receipt of the above item. Your return will be shown on your statement from tomorrow morning!" I phoned again and after a ten minute wait for a customer services adviser to answer am none the wiser to what is going on. They guy on the end of the phone had no idea how the business worked, how orders were allocated but would look into it and phone me back on Wednesday between 5-6! I said I wanted an answer by close of play today, but he couldn't do that as he wasn't allowed to make outgoing calls until Wednesday! It's the 21st century and this is how customer service departments work! I'm fed up with how I've been treated and how abysmal The Westminster Collection's processes and service levels have been. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards this afternoon and posting this on every review site and social media site I can find. I will NEVER use your services again, that's for sure! For the record, my account number is DA39962, if you want to see for yourself how bad my experience has been.
You are not alone. They are master scammers. All of their ads should carry a health warning.
unsolicited goods posted as free gift and now asking money for that
I was sent a free gift coin, after my purchase of two coins from this company. Now, after three months of sending the gift they are asking for overdue money to my account for the free gift and sending reminder mails of my due being passed to debt department.
Customer service is never reachable.
My order and my statement is attached. You can clearly see, without order they have send a coin and now charging for it.
unsolicited goods
Unsolicited coins sent to me from this company and returned to them since af ter my contacting them, but keep getting treatening letters and now they have referred the case to debt colectors who are threatening with court. I have not been in good health and this is not helping matters either. I do not have catalogues etc as prefer face to face sales. Only...
