Warning! All the safes were broken into at The Rockhouse Hotel in Pattaya. I asked the owner Alex Milne to help me make a police report but he laughed in my face. When I told him I was upset at the loss of my passport and camera, he threatened to hurt me if I did not leave the next day.

Rock House Pattaya — dissapointed
i am the owner of the rockhouse in pattaya . the subject of the above complaint never at any time happened .
we have never had a break in at the rockhouse in 5 years of operation and are in fact a very secure establishment .
we do have fully operational in room safes in every room and have never had a problem with them .
the above complaint is a malicious attempt to damage a very good reputation .
This complaint was actually posted by Harris Black who has a personal vendetta against the owner. It is a complete work of fiction including the comments.

I've stayed there about 3 times, the complaint just doesn't make sense and for Alex to treat you like that you'd have to be the thief yourself.
Security is excellent there, the staff can easily see exactly who is going in and out of the place, even if you left your door unlocked you'd still probably not lose anything.
Definitely a bogus complaint.

the person posting as alex rockhouse is not me and i am the owner of the rockhouse .
all of the above rubbish is malicious and anybody reading it can see that immeadiately .
i am surprised the owners of this site allows such malicious stuff, but thats out of my control .

Mulphy as he is known on the forums has threatened other well established forums many times.
His bar and guest house is an unkempt hovel as explained in numerous reviews on tripadvisor
In lk metro, soi soi buakhao, second road, beach road the accommodation is far superior and there is no threat of being robbed or hit over the head, back stabbed, by an alcoholic drunk scottish liar.
The owner, the Alex guy, is a true psychopath. This is well known around town.
It is a dangerous place to even drink, let alone stay.
i have stayed at the rockhouse on several occasions for approx two weeks each trip .
on no occasion have i had any trouble .
the rooms are spacious and are well maintained . good value
i have met the proprietor and enjoyed a cleansing ale with her husband - the real alex milne
someone is casting falsehoods - i would recommend that you visit and make your own mind up

all the safes where broke into...cant believe that so everyone was out of there rooms...sad that could put people off booking stayed at
sandarac a few months ago that also had a similar story about it, also total rubbish, , , , going to pattaya again shortly will let you know if any problems but read all other review and all seemed good...if that had happened I am sure there would of been mention of it...

I read about this place on a tiny pattaya forum and everyone raved about the food. But I found out later that they delete bad comments and people are threatened. I was threatened myself after I claimed I was poisoned from the pork. I knew this because I hadnt eaten since the day before.
The owner is a thug and threatens anyone that complains. I had to leave the country after a Thai guy was sent to my house and poisoned my dog. (Probably using his food lol) The police arent willing to help.
The owner Alex has connections with the West Midlands Muppet Mafia ( Pattaya branch), so be careful.
The fat bully also has another business with another fat bully, Castaway Fishing Park in Pattaya in Thailand.
They used to have a bouncer in the Rockhouse Pattaya called Tony James Doyle who fled to Udon Thani in Thailand to marry a 15 years old girl. He now lives in Hua Hin.
