Ordered a new door through Home Depot but quality control issues were discovered on the door after it was installed.
• Top of door corner is chipped & rough-edged (looks like it was also painted over to try to hide it)
• Large crack in the doorjamb by the bolt insertion
• Small interior trim was not secured and nail holes were not caulked
• Sloppy caulking around all the windows (inside the double pane as well as out)
• Multiple panes with scratched glass
Desired outcome: Door and sidelight replacement built properly.
