If you're looking for a website to get your financial news fix, TheStreet might not be the best option. Sure, they have some good content, but the amount of ads you have to sit through is ridiculous. I mean, seriously, who wants to pay over $300 a year just to be bombarded with ads left and right? It's like they're trying to be the next Huffing Post or something. And don't even get me started on the quality of the content. It's all just tabloid stuff, if you ask me.

But let's talk about those ads for a minute. You have to watch a 30 second ad just to hear someone's opinion on a stock or event. Who has time for that? And it's not like they're even good ads. They're the same ones over and over again. It's like they're trying to brainwash you or something.

Honestly, I would never join TheStreet again. It's just not worth the money or the hassle. There are plenty of other websites out there that offer better content without all the annoying ads. So save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

I'm an investment advisor and I decided to give TheStreet a try by subscribing to their Dividend Investor subscription. I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with the website. The layout is cluttered and it seems like they're more interested in trying to sell me additional products than providing me with the information I need for my subscription.

One thing that really annoyed me were the videos that automatically start playing when you visit the site. It's distracting and makes it difficult to focus on the content I'm trying to read. And don't even get me started on Jim Cramer. While I do think he has some good insights, I can't stand watching him on TV or on this site. He's just too full of himself and it's a major turn-off.

Overall, I think TheStreet has some potential, but they really need to work on their website design and user experience. If they can clean things up and focus more on providing valuable information to their subscribers, I might consider giving them another chance. But for now, I'm not impressed.

I tried out TheStreet and boy, was I in for a surprise. I thought it was gonna be a good experience, but it turned out to be a total bummer. I got so many emails from them, it was like they were trying to sell me something every minute of the day. It was so annoying! I had to dig deep to find the privacy settings, and when I finally did, I saw that they had already checked off a bunch of boxes for me. They wanted to send me emails, call me on the phone, and even send me snail mail! Who does that anymore? And to top it off, they sell my info to advertisers. What a rip-off! I don't even know if their advice is any good. I mean, I highly doubt it. All they seem to be good at is spamming me with ads.

I had a whole year of subscribing to Action Alerts Plus, which is a service provided by TheStreet.com. When I went online to cancel my subscription, I couldn't find the option to select "Do Not Renew". So, I was automatically renewed for another year without my consent. On the first day of the renewal, I called their customer service to cancel my subscription, but they told me that I couldn't cancel it. I was forced to prepay for another year of their service, and I couldn't even cancel it.

If you're thinking of subscribing to any of their services, I suggest you stay away from them. TheStreet.com is not a reliable source for subscription services. They don't give you the option to cancel your subscription, and they force you to prepay for their services. It's a complete waste of money and time.

I ain't never signed up for nothin' from TheStreet, but somehow they got ahold of my debit card deets and charged me a whopping $349.95! I swear on my mama's grave that I ain't never received no emails from them and I never delete nothin' from my inbox. These folks are straight up scum, I tell ya what.

I done disputed the charge as unauthorized, but that ain't enough for me. I'm takin' this all the way to the top and reporting them to both the FTC and the FBI's cybercrime unit. Ain't nobody gonna mess with my hard-earned money and get away with it.

Just wanted to give y'all a quick update - I done provided all the info I got on these crooks to the FBI. And I'm tellin' y'all, if this has happened to you too, you need to do the same. Don't let these lowlifes get away with it.

But here's the thing, even if I did use the site, I don't think it's worth it. I mean, I did my own research and made my own selections and they actually outperformed what was in their materials. So, why bother, right? Don't get sucked into this rabbit hole and scam. Save your money and do your own thing.

One day, I received an email from TheStreet stating that it was my chance to opt-out. Unfortunately, I missed the deadline and inadvertently checked a renewal box. A week or two later, I noticed a charge of $199.95 on my credit card statement. I immediately called TheStreet to dispute the charge, but they were unhelpful and refused to refund my money.

Frustrated, I turned to AMEX for assistance. After conducting an investigation, they sided with TheStreet and refused to reverse the charge. I was disappointed with the outcome and felt that Jim Cramer, who claims to be a right-minded individual on TV, was complicit in this scam.

Overall, I would not recommend TheStreet to others. The information provided was not worth the cost of the subscription, and their customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive.

I gotta say, TheStreet ain't no good. I tried to cancel my subscription and it was like trying to climb Mount Everest with no gear. I got sent to different phone numbers, talked to customer support and got no help, and couldn't even remove my credit card from their system. It's crazy that in this day and age, a company can still pull this kind of shady stuff and make it so hard to cancel.

Honestly, this just shows how bad their product really is. They don't want you to leave, so they do everything in their power to keep you hooked. Don't fall for their scammy ways, folks. Stay far away from TheStreet.

I totally agree with what others have said about TheStreet. It's just another one of those companies that suck your money out of your bank account. I was charged a whopping $199 for a product that was supposed to cost only $19.99. Can you believe that? When I asked them about it, they told me that I had accidentally checked a box that added five extra services that I didn't even ask for. What a rip-off!

And to make matters worse, when I called to cancel my subscription on the 14th day, they told me that technically, the 14th-28th day was considered 15 days, not 14 days. What kind of math is that? And to top it all off, they don't even give refunds! I had to file a dispute with my bank just to get my money back.

Honestly, TheStreet has some of the worst business ethics I've ever seen, and their customer service is just as bad. I would strongly advise against signing up with this company, even on a trial basis. It's just not worth the headache and the money you'll end up losing.
