Do not waste your time or money advertising on this website. The sales reps tell tall tales about what great new business you are going to get by advertising on their site. What they don't tell you is that the salespeople are all independent contractors that work on straight commission. They make big promises but deliver very little in the way of ROI. I tracked the traffic I received from Thomas Net and counted less than 50 visits a month. Based on the amount they charged me each month I paid the equivalent of $13.50 per visit. That's more than ten times my cost on Google Adwords. More importantly there were zero conversions on any of these visits. That means zero revenue generated. The biggest impact that advertising on Thomas net got us was lots of emails from China, India, Indonesia and Pakistan that were looking to sell us stuff. And the best for last. When I tried to get some kind of adjustment from Thomas net on our agreement (because it wasn't working) they sent me out to collection.
Run; don't walk away from Thomas Net.
In my opinion this site is very overrated. I don't feel that it's anything more than a glorified version of those stone-aged green books that collect dust on the bookshelf. Try Google folks, or other sites that offer similar capability with much more bang for the buck.
Sales force not knowledgeable and the management that "oversees" them seems out of touch with real internet business. Some nice people answer phones there but a poorly run organization based on my expectations of what was sold to me.
Thomasnet.com scammed with me with their SEO packages. I believed that my rankings were going to improve and also my alexa rank but this never happened.

They are unprofessional people and they do not care about their customers. I got ripped off by thomasnet that don`t know what they are doing.
Total scam! Do NOT use their service! This company is a rip off, once they have your money you will never hear from them again despite their satisfaction guaranteed or refund policy. Yep, another complain to my credit card company for refund for Thomasnet!
After first week no stats. I wrote and ask him about the stats and didn't receive an answer for days, even my followup email went unanswered.
After receiving my credit card account, I looked up the information. I had "canceled the account in a phone call about a week after applying to the account that was supposed to send me websites. Today I called Thomasnet and voice system said to call back later. I want to cancel and get out of this mess.
