Thrasher Foundation Repair review: Disappointed

Initially we had given a good review, however instead of recording the ever last wonder door, the one ordered would not fit, the second picture they used some kind of board with weather strip and screwed it in, I made a complaint, they came back out and was going to cut the concrete part of the foundation that supports the seal plate. I refused to let them. I told them they can modify the door so that it fit, but why wasn’t a door ordered to fit the space? See the first picture for the door. They guys working on it did not know. The door they were given would not fit. I asked for the original door back the first round and did not receive one communication regarding the original or reimbursement for a making us pay for a door that does not fit! So this is what I’m suppose to be happy with?
