I was trying to purchase tickets for tonight's show (w/ same name and happily take them instead) and made the costly mistake of not seeing the date. Upon realizing this mistake less than 5 minutes after purchase I immediately emailed Ticketweb (as there are no live contact info). I understand this was my error but asked that I be refunded or exchanged I will not be in the country for the tickets purchased. Ticketweb kept telling me it's all sales final and that is their policy. Horrible customer service and never use them.
