I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Timbl (timbl.co.in). I wish I could give them a 0-star rating. The customer service agents are appalling and lack basic knowledge about WiFi and broadband. Every time I call them, they assure me that they will raise a ticket, but no one ever gets back to me. It's a nightmare dealing with them.
To make matters worse, I am paying for a 50 Mbps unlimited plan, but they are only providing me with 10 Mbps. This is a clear case of scamming their customers. I am unable to work from home due to this poor service, and it's causing me mental harassment.

That's when everything went south. Suddenly, they stopped picking up my calls and responding to my messages. I was left high and dry, feeling like I had been taken for a ride.
To make matters worse, when I did manage to get through to Vinay, he gave me some lame excuse about getting it done and then started acting all unprofessional. I couldn't believe it! This is not the kind of behavior I expect from a company that I am paying good money to. I mean, come on, Timbl, what gives? You can't just take my money and then disappear into thin air. That's not how you build a loyal customer base.
I'm really disappointed with the way things turned out and I feel like I've been ripped off. Deepak Singhal, if you're reading this, you need to get your act together. Your company's reputation is on the line and you can't afford to let it slide. This kind of behavior needs to be called out and exposed for what it is. Timbl: The Worst Internet Service Provider - Beware!
I've been using different internet service providers for quite some time now, and I must say that Timbl is the worst of them all. They don't have any ethics, and their team, including sales, customer service, and installation, are a bunch of slimy liars.
When I agreed to get their connection and made the payment, a nameless sales guy called and texted me from a number that ended with 450. However, after I made the payment, he didn't pick up any of my calls, nor did he respond to any of my messages.
I called their customer service, but they had no clue or record of my payment. Their response was, "Sir, aapko zyada dikkat hai to app email karlo, mai aut baat nahi kar sakti," said by Kiran, their customer service agent. Apparently, there are no supervisors in Timbl, as informed by Kiran.
No one from Timbl called me, and nothing came from their installation team either. Please don't take their services unless you want to get mentally harassed by their employees while the management doesn't care at all.
With this attitude, they will run out of business very soon. I'm eagerly waiting for Jio Fiber to replace Timbl.

One of the biggest issues I face with TIMBL is connectivity. Every single day, after 2-3 hours of use, my wifi shows that it has no access to the internet. This is frustrating and inconvenient, to say the least. I am just fed up with it.
The customer care of TIMBL claims to be available 24x7, but in reality, it seems like they are only theoretically available. Even when I call them at 7 in the morning, all I get is endless music that eventually puts me to sleep. And if they do pick up my call, the only answer I get is that they are working on the issue and that it will be solved "ASAP". They never give me any time frame within which the problem is expected to be solved. This is highly pathetic service and I don't understand why TIMBL customer care keeps giving fake hope to customers and making fools out of them.
On top of the connectivity issue, I also have to deal with low browsing and download speeds. This means that I have to call TIMBL numerous times every day, which is a huge waste of time and energy. I am really, really fed up with this.
Overall, I would not recommend TIMBL to anyone. If you are looking for a reliable internet service provider, look elsewhere. Trust me, you will save yourself a lot of frustration and headaches.

I have to say, I have never experienced such kind of worst service in my entire life. I recently had a terrible experience with Timbl (timbl.co.in) and I feel like I need to share it with everyone. After 50 days of disconnection and continuous call two three times a day, after writing 5 emails daily from a week, they finally agree to return my security amount but they still not taking the responsibility of their bad services, they simply say out team are not aware of our policies... I wasted my time, mental peace and money by taking Timbl connection, after taking Fiber connection from Timbl I recharged my phone to use internet for my live classes. I missed some of my classes too, But simply Timbl dont care of their costomers issues, they simply said the same scripted line " We apologize for the inconvenience you faced" thats it... And they are not going to refund the amount which you have in your Timbl Account, because of there so called policy.
I was not aware that small companies like Timbl's have policies too... Funny. They have policies but there employes are not aware of that... "Might field guys will not aware, same has already been discussed with you on yesterday" by Timbl Sr. Executive. I never faced this type bad experience in my entire life from anyone.
I request everyone to not waste there money, time, and most importantly peace of mind on timbl. I called them more than 100 times but every no one actually solved any of complains on time. They simply blame on others, like my field area agent or other competition Internet Service Provider for their faults. It's frustrating to deal with such a company that doesn't care about their customers.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Timbl (timbl.co.in). Their customer support staff is extremely lazy and rude. I had to face a lot of trouble while trying to discontinue my service with them. I called them on 3rd May to discontinue my service as my parents were showing COVID symptoms and I had to move back. I requested them to pick up the router by Thursday, which was the fourth day. They confirmed that they would discontinue the service and pick up the router by Thursday noon and closed the ticket as resolved. However, on Thursday, no one showed up to pick up the router. When I called them, they raised a new ticket and said that no one could come but someone would definitely call. I repeatedly requested them to send someone to pick up the router as I didn't know anyone in the area and couldn't just leave it. But they showed no empathy towards my situation.
I left on Friday, but I received no calls from the company. On Saturday, I received a call from a female employee who asked me where I had relocated. I calmly told her that I had repeatedly told the same thing to four different people. She said that she didn't see it in the system. I was shocked that their support staff did not update the system correctly. She was so adamant in knowing the state in Punjab where I relocated that she started saying it's COVID so understand. That really irked me, and I told her that my parents have COVID, and I have told their support staff the same repeatedly. She still continued to harass me and hung up on me, saying she would discontinue. Then I received a message that the ticket was resolved. The connection, which was confirmed to be discontinued by Thursday, finally discontinued on Saturday, of which I am not sure as I have moved back to Chandigarh from Gurgaon.
Their support staff is the most rude and unprofessional I have ever encountered. They don't care about their customers' problems and just want their salary without doing any work. I don't know who will come and when to pick up the router from my Gurgaon place. I was in Sushant Lok block C, and they have a small office two roads down, but they didn't want to ask someone from there to pick it up and update the system. I would not recommend Timbl to anyone. They have frequent disconnections and incapable support staff. It's better to go for other providers like Airtel and Jio, even though they are expensive, they have better support staff.
