My 93 yr old Mom ordered the $200 Bob Hope set in July 2022 and it arrived day after she unexpectedly passed on July 20th. I immediately called Time Life and they said they were so sorry to hear this as she ordered often and they gave me return address to return unopened set to them. They received it in August 2022 and we have called every week for 8 months to see where $$ was and they said they mailed check, then mailed another, then another, and that a supervisor would contact me via phone and email, no response...same story every week, called again today and they said sent check and it was cashed in November after just 2 weeks ago saying mailing it now? I asked where this imaginary check was cashed at and who signed and they got upset and would not give any more info and would not let me speak to imaginary supervisor or anyone else and basically told me to get lost that they are not going to pay $200 they took from my 93 yr old mom and won't give any number to contact corporate and cannot find it online anywhere... I do not know who to contact them or how many other elders they have done this to. Please help...
