These guys are awesome! They do a really good job with the tinting and they're super friendly. We've had two cars done here and we're definitely bringing in another one soon. Highly recommend Tint My Ride!
The owner of Tint My Ride was not professional at all
The owner of Tint My Ride was not professional at all. He was very rude and disrespectful towards me. I was shocked by his behavior. I did some research and found out that other people had similar experiences with this business. The ComplaintsBoard.com gave them an F rating. When I called to complain, the owner, Tim, or whoever he is, didn't care about my concerns. He even said that he may be the manager or owner, but it doesn't matter. I had to control myself and not let his bad attitude affect me.

So, I went to Tint My Ride to get my car windows tinted. But, when I got home, I realized that the employees didn't give me back my key fob. I drove for 30 minutes and only then noticed that I didn't have it. I searched my car but couldn't find it. Now, I can't start my car without the fob and the car says "no key found". It's really frustrating.

I had an appointment with Dominic at 10am to get my SUV tinted at Tint My Ride. They took my car in right away, along with another car that also had a 10am appointment. However, after three hours, the other car was returned to its owner, but my Jeep had not been touched. When I asked Dominic why my car had not been worked on, he told me that it was dirty and that there were seven people ahead of me, even though I had a 10am appointment. Dominic was very rude and unhelpful, and I ended up wasting almost four hours of my time. When I asked for the phone number of his supervisor or owner, he refused to give it to me and threatened to call the police on me. Overall, I had a terrible experience at Tint My Ride and would not recommend it to anyone.

Their customer service is not good, they wouldn't give me $37 off. They moved my seat and turned off my lights without turning them back on. When I asked the guy to put my seat and belongings back, he gave me an attitude. If I knew what I know now, I would have saved $408 (included tax) and gone somewhere else. They are not about customer advocacy. I want the $37 difference.

I got a Groupon for Tint My Ride for $95.00 to tint 5 windows
I got a Groupon for Tint My Ride for $95.00 to tint 5 windows. They offered the lowest tint which was clear. The guy said it would cost $287.00 on top of the $95.00 for all 5 windows or I could get 3 windows done for an extra $100.00 and then buy another Groupon for $45.00 to do the other 2 windows later. After they did the 3 windows, there was a scratch on the driver's side back window, bubbles on the passenger back window, and the tint was coming up in the corner of the back window with bubbles. They came out and fixed the back window where it was coming up and said the bubbles would go away. The window with the scratch would have to be redone later. Turns out the back window had scratches too. When I went back to get them fixed and have the other 2 windows done, they treated me like it was my fault and acted like I was lying about how they got scratched in the first place. They said it would be another $167.00 to do the front windows and replace the others. I finally got it done for another $100.00 plus tax, so a total of $340.00 for 5 windows of crappy tint. Only one of the five windows doesn't have scratches and bubbles in it. The tint I already had on my car was better than what I have now. It took 5 hours of my time, they made the prices up as they went along, and the quality is the worst. My 2018 Kia looks like trash.

I asked for quotes for my cars. For the Audi, they quoted me $509.83 for the Detail (TMR Special) and the Windshield Tint. For the ***, they quoted me $323.76 for the Detail (TMR Special). But they didn't do what they charged me for. (July 9, 2022) On the Audi - My wife touched the rims and her finger was black. She showed her finger to the lady at the front counter and the lady didn't want to deal with it. They didn't clean the rims or the undercarriage. The engine bay wasn't clean. The tint had bubbles and they cut a corner too small on the front right side. It also had a small scratch on the right side. They didn't wax or polish the entire car. The front bumper wasn't done because you could see the marks of the bugs on it and the headlights. The inside of the doors wasn't clean at all. On the *** - They didn't clean the rims or the undercarriage. The engine bay wasn't clean. They didn't wax or polish the entire car. The inside of the doors wasn't clean at all. No one told me they removed my tint. This is bad customer service. They took the tint that was on my car and put a black tint that doesn't match the rest of the tint. They re-installed my spoiler and the left corner is already coming off. I paid $914.09 for both cars and got bad service. I talked to the manager to get my money back and he said no. They don't want to fix their mistakes.

This place is terrible, don't waste your time or money. I brought my car in for tinting and it was a disaster. They said it would be done by the end of the day, but it took longer and there were gaps and bubbles everywhere. The worst part was that they melted the rubber gasket around my back window. When I brought it back to them, they only wanted to redo the tint and wouldn't fix the gasket. They don't keep their word and are not capable of doing a decent job. The owner's father was dishonest and unhelpful. They even threatened to file harassment charges on me when I asked for a refund. Avoid this headache shop and go somewhere else. Don't believe the good reviews, they are not worth it.
