TitanCasket.com review: Titan casket dog casket

I was seeking a dog casket to bury my dog. I contacted Titan caskets to purchase a medium size dog casket. The price was to be $324.00. When the order was placed a representative contacted me from the company to confirm the order. During the call he indicated to me that my dog was in between sizes so I needed to order the size up. When I received the casket it was way too large and was too large to bury in the back yard. I contacted the company to return the casket.

The representative advised me that I would have to order the replacement casket before they would send the paperwork to return the casket that was too large. I odered a pink casket medium size with pink lining. I sent the casket that was too large back under the impression that the amounts would be refunded to Affirm. I received the casket and it was not pink it was almond in color. At that point I was advised by the company that I would be billed 30% restock fee for the previous casket and then if I wanted to return the casket that was the wrong color I would be billed another 30% restock fee.

Then I received two bills from Affirm charging me for two different accounts even though the initial casket was returned and should have been completely refunded. This company is deceptive and the loan company that they deal with is also. The company does not take responsibility for the errors that their employees make they expect the consumer to pay for their employee errors. The casket quality was also questionable. The sides did not meet allowing bugs to easily get inside. It would be beneficial to consumers to have an actual product in the stores, funeral homes, or veterinarian hospitals to actually look at before purchase so the consumer could actually get want, they want instead of what this company says you will take or pay the cost.
